Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by any State Government / Government of India /Union Territory

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee andEMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the lastdate and time of bid submission

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advanceto the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsiblefor non-accessibility of e-Procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues andtechnical glitches at bidders end.

The concept drawing presentation date and time as informed in writing will be final andin no circumstances it can be changed unless required by the department

consultant shall prepare the concept drawings before the last date of submission. Theconsultant will be informed in writing to present the concept in PPT format before thecommittee at Bangalore

Department shall not bare any tender submission or transportation charge
