Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation , filling, sub base and mass concerete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 28-30 mm thick chequered cement concrete tiles (lacquer coated) in any size & shape with 4-5 mm thick anti abrasive material topping layer (size, shape & shade as approved by GE), with grey cement and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floors/ path etc over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying machine pressed / factory made chamfered edge cement concrete rubberised interlocking paver block, 60mm thick with 6 mm thick top layers of anti abrasive material of M-35 grade with any description, ( colour, design & pattern, & size/ shape, as approved by GE) as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including M&L 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying machine / factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade,at or near ground level, cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for squarred rubble walling Jodhpur type brought up to course, well bonded ,bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6 complate all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 7.00 here-in-above but except stone

Extra over squared rubble stone walling Jodhpur type regular course for hammer dressing to face of stone with max depression on face from a straight edge not exc 20mm and dressing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of rubbish off the premises and leaving the work clear of any plastering complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork or on one side of lathing finished surface fair and even without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Fibre glass reinforced translucent 2 mm thick corrugated sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof ,wall etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over & including M&L single coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of any tint complete all as specified and as directed .

S& F in replacement identification sign/cautionary mandatory and information sign board (As per sample)area exceeding 1.00 sqm but not exceeding 1.50 sqm with 2-3 mm thick aluminium composite panel covered by encapsulated lens type retro reflecctive sheet (grade 3 m type II diamond grade) on both side with any colour base fixed on and including stainless teel frame of size 25mmx25mm and hand on 50 mm dia stainless pipe (fabricationwork from SS 304 material) of height upto 2.5m from the natural gound level to top and pot ebedded in ground with PCC 1 : 2 : 4 type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate of size 45 cmx45cmx60 cm including necessary excavation and earh work complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Shape/design of sign board as approval of GE. (ii) The letters and symbols etc on both side shall be as per site requirement and as approved the size and font of wording as per direction of GE.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced in manhole covers in any position not other wise specifically provided complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc) chullah hoods,chajjas,water troughs,shelves and similar articles with plain faces complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia and over, cut to length , bent to shape required including cranking, bending & binding with MS wire (annealed ) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, as in stirrups also & all as specified.

S & F in replacement fibre glass reinforced translucent 2 mm thick corrugated sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof ,wall etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F framed work as in door or gates of angle ,MS hollow pipes, solid SQ sections Flat iron etc or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete with steel sheeting as required to br prepared for hanging or sliding with and including MS Channel as posts & hold fasts & suitable arrangements for locking etc complete all as specified & directed conforming to Fe 290.Gde E165.

M&L for carrying out two coat of exterior grade plastic paint over new/old surfces plastered /pointedsurfaces of walls , RCC chajjas fascias roof projection etc of approved pattern ( Top Gun Compact / Stucco shade/pattern ) incl preparing the surfaces making good to depressions etc complete to obtain the desired finish all as per sample

S&F welded steel wire fabric weight not exc 4 kg per square metre supplied and fixed to wood or steel members complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, top surface of hardstanding etc laid in bays not exc 1.5m , finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Racking out joints/ pointing to squared rubble or polygonal rubble un-coursed or brought up to courses masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar, coursed or un-coursed in walls not less than 12mm deep, washing the joints, removing rubbish off the premises and keeping the surface to pointed or plastered wet for two days prior to re-pointing or plastering complete all as specified & directed.

M&L keyed pointing in cement mortar (1:3) to squared rubble masonry regular coursed or un coursed complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone agg as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, not provided including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed

M & L for cleaning of garbage and earth from existing drain and remove from site to outside MD land as directed

M & L providing 35 mm thick pre-cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in louvers & jallies (measured solid) including all mouldings and including pre-cast frames set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L providing precast concrete 1:3:6 type C0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) Posts 100mm x 100mm size & 75 cm height as in RCC jali post setting in mortar 1:6 complete

M&L preparation of new/old plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for fixing in repairs precast PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Kangooras 25-30 mm thick & width 30 cm with intricate design on one side all as per sample including applying 2 coats of cement base paint on exposed surfaces all as specified & directed.
