Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (V.G.10) using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with machanical broom as per 503 of MORD data book

Cleaning the existing water bound surface and laying premix 2 cm. thick over a tack coat with graded approved grit and bitumen (V.G.-10) including roller, Machinery, heating the paint to the required temperature and mixing including cartage of materials, maintenance of side patries and watering them during operation for proper completion of the work.

Construction Of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders (Patri) with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m. As per Technical specification clause 303.1
