Earth work in excavation of foundations for structure such as all type of (Bridge work) etc. in all kind of classifications of soil comprising of ordinary rock hard chiseling out rocks (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawing and MORTH Technical specification clause 304 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including setting out construction of shoring and bracing removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and upto any lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved materials including shoring and strutting and pumping and baling out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and quantum or water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidental.

Providing and lying Plain cement concrete grade M-20 (M-Twenty) in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm ( Forty millimetre ) nominal size mechanically mixed , placed in foundation and compacted by vibratiing including form work dewatring and curring and carriage of material with in all leads , lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in –charge as per morth technical specification section 2100 .

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete Grade M-30 in sub-structure complete as per drawing and MORTH technical specification section 1500,1700&2200 up to any height ,Including centring staging and form work but excluding cost of reinforcement as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. within all leads, lifts and carriage of material.and other incidentals.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in substructure complete including cost of binding wire as per drawings and MORTH technical specifications section 1600 & 2200 as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. within all leads, lifts and carriage of material.and other incidentals.

Back filling with granular material behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete for bridge work as per drawing and technical specification clause 710.1.4 of IRC 78 & MORTH specification section 2200 including carriage of material with in all leads , lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in –charge .

Supplying , fitting and fixing in position true to line and level POT –PTFE bearing consisting of a metal piston supported by a disc or unreinforced elastomer confined with in a metal cylinder , sealing rings, dust seals , PTFE surface sliding against stainless steel mating surface , complete assembly to be of cast steel / fabricated structural steel , metal and elastomer elements to be a per IRC :83 part-1 and ll respectively and other parts conforming to BS : 5400 , section 9.1 and 9.2 and clause 2006 of MORTH specifications complete as per drawing and technical specification including carriage of material with in all leads lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in –charge .

Furnishing and placing Reinforcement/Prestressed cement concrete in superstructure for box girder and balanced cantilever as per drawing and MORTH Technical specifications. section 1500,1600, 1700 and 2300 Using cncrete mixer. RCC/PSC grade M-35 ( M-thirty five) including carriage of material with in all leads , lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in –charge including form work and staging in any hieght .

Supplying ,fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in super structure complete including cost of binding wire as per drawing and MORTH technical specification section 1600 and 2300 including carriage of material with in all leads , lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in –charge .

High tensile steel wire / strands , including all accessories for stressing , stressing oprations and grouting complete as per drawing and MORTH specification section 1800 including carriage of material with in all leads , lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in –charge .

Drainage spouts complete as per drawing and MORTH technical specification clause 2705 complete with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and fixing 100 mm (one hundred milimetre) dia metre PVC service pipes with sockets in cement concrete work complete in all respect as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material with in all leads and carriage of material.

Providing and fixing 50 mm (fifty milimetre) dia metre PVC service pipes with sockets in cement concrete work complete in all respect as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material with in all leads and carriage of material.

Providing and fixing 1 mm (one milimetre) thick M.S. sheet garrage door with frame of 40 mm x40mm x 6mm(forty milimeter x forty milimeter x six milimetre) angle iron 3.15mm (three point one five milimetre)M.S. gusset plates at the junction and corners all necessary fittings complete including applying a primming coat of red lead paint-using M.S. angle 40 mm x40mmx6mm(forty milimeter x forty milimeter x six milimetre) for diegonal braces as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material with in all leads and carriage of material.

Construction of RCC railing of M-30 (M-Thirty)Grade in situ with 20mm (Twenty Milimeter) nominal size aggregate, true to line and grade,tolerence of vertical RCC post not to exceed 1 in 500, centre to centre spacing between vertical post expansion, complete as per approved drawings and MORTH specification section 2703 and 1500 including reinforcement and form work and as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material with in all leads and carriage of material.

Providing and fixing on position 20 mm (twenty milimetre) thick premoulded joint filler in expansion joint for fixed ends of simply supported spans,not excluding 10 m (ten Meter ) to cater for a horizontal movement upto 20mm (twenty milimetre) covered with sealant complete as per drawing and MORTH specifications clause 2604 .

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete grade M-30 approach slab including reinforcement and form work complete as per drawing and MORTH technical specifications clauses 2704 complete with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and filling joints sealing compound as per drawings and technical specifications with coarse sand and 6% (six persent) bitumen by weight.as per approved drawings and MORTH technical specification section 2600 and as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material with in all leads and carriage of material.

Strip Seal Expansion Joint (Providing and laying of a strip seal expansion joint catering to maximum horizontal movement upto 70 mm, (seventy milimeter) complete as per approved drawings and standard specifications to be installed by the manufacturer/supplier or their authorised representative ensuring compliance to the manufacturer's instructions for installation.) complete with in all leads and lifts and and MORTH technical specification section 2600 and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete wearing coat M-30 grade including reinforcement and form work complete as per drawing and MORTH Technical specifications clause 2702 complete with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Earth work in excavation for structures in all depths as per drawing and M.O.R.D.technical specification clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal in all lead and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated Suitable materials. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion, damage to hill side, water pollution etc. and to protect stability of hill side rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited). All earth work in cutting/excavation including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines grades, side slopes, width, camber super elevation and level as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge hauling and stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials in specified manner, filling of unevenness blind age and finishing the road to specified dimension or as directed by the Enginer-in-Charge. If the foundation of the structure is in an area with stagnant water or water is met with in the excavation due to spring seepage rain and other causes it shall be removed by suitable diversion, bailing out or pumping as directed and the area of the foundation or embankment shall be kept dry. Any loss to the public or private property during the course of excavation shall be the whole responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his own cost in all cases.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain/cement concrete in foundation for all type of structure complete using plain cement concrete nominal mix 1: 6: 12 ( One cement : six sand : twelve graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm ( forty millimeter) nominal size in or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water , dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arrise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/ depths excluding the cost of form work as per drawings and MORD technical specification Clause 802,803,1202 and 1203 as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge and carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental . Including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidential . The rate including of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying concrete for plain/ reinforced cement concrete 1:4:8 ( one cement : four sand : eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty milimetres ) in open foundations complete inculding form work as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 802,803,1202 and 1203, within all leads , lifts and carriage of materials and other incidentals and as per direction of Engineer in charge .

Stone coursed rubble masonry (2nd sort) with hard Stone of approved quality in foundation wing walls,abutments ,toe walls etcetra In cement mortar 1:6 (one cement is to six sand) in or under water including curing complete including pumping or bailing out water ,dewatering removal of slush at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/depths as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 702,704,1202 &1206 complete as per the direction of the Engineer -in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lift of material .The rate including of octroi, royality, Mlakana, toll tax ,sales tax or other taxes imposed by the government

Construction of dry rubble masonry for retaining walls, breast walls, revetment walls and parapets etc. for sub-structure and super structure complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 704.6 & 1604 or as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer – in- Charge

Back filling behind abutment , wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 1206.3 and 1607.7 using granular material as per directed by the Engineer –in Charge within all leads , lifts and carriage of materials and other incidentals and as per direction of Engineer in charge .

Providing weep holes in brick masonry/ stone masonry/ plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with sloe of 1(V) :20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614,709,1206.6 with in all lead lift and carriage of material and other incidentals as per the direction of Engineer-in –charge .

Filling in foundation tranches with soil as per MORD technical specification Clauses 305.3.9 Filling shall be done with approved material in layers not exceeding 150 mm (One hundred fifty millimeters) compacted thickness. The compaction shall be done with suitable equipment approved by the Engineer-in-Charge after necessary watering so as to achieve the required density as per instruction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government imposed by the Government.
