Earth Work : Earth Excavation for Column pits in the all types of soil, including dressing the edges and leveling. Cleaning of area including leads and lifts. With complete finished items of work total foundation should be 5ft. At least 4ft below the ground level. 100mm of PCC at the bottom in ratio 1:4:8 at the bottom of the foundation. Width of the foundation should be 2ft.

Back filling :The excavated earth of column pits to be filled layer by layer by watering it periodically a wall ramming it manually with all operational tools. With complete finished item of work

Anti-termite : Providing pre-construction anti-Termite treatment with aqueous emulsion having concentration with chlorephorous or equivalent and water. This includes application of emulsion containing 1% chlorephorous solution (by volume) at the bottom of the foundation pits and walls on Either sided from the bottom of excavaton.

Pinch Protection : Of two ft on 1 sides of the structure to be provided by the Vendor. Thickness 75mm cement, sand and concrete aggregate (20mm) in a ratio of 1:2:4 along with water proof compound.

Brick Work : Masonry for super structure in 9” with CM (Cement Mortar) in (Cement, Sand) using good Quality table molded lightweight brick for all. With complete finished item of work. Cement and sand mixture will be in ratio of 1:6

Plastering : Plastering at 18 mm thickness on walls of first coat being in CM and the second coat of the plastering with sponge finish, shall be applied after the first coat is set for both internal and external walls. With complete finished item of work. Cement and river sand mixture will be in ratio of 1:4.

Door : Providing and fixing of 02 x door size 7ft x 4ft teak wood frame with water proof flush door thickness 30 to 35mm with complete finished item of work.

Windows : Providing and fixing 6 x aluminum window of 5ft x 4ft with sliding doors of frame and glass with grill protection of aesthetic design with mesh (Aluminum Window) glass thickness 5mm with wire mesh, slab on window and all necessary fittings with complete finished item of work.

Internal Painting : Supplying and applying of one coat of a base primer & two coats of paint in uniform shade to be applied for ceiling and internal walls. With complete finished item of work

External Painting: Supplying and applying of two coats of all-weather paint one coat of base water primer in uniform shade to be applied for external walls. With complete finished item of work

Roof :- Pre-fabricated poly coated galvanize sheet 0.5 mm trash, 2 inch sq supported with 1.5 inch sq pipe, purl in 1.5 inch sq pipe, verandah column, 4 inch round pipe.

Electrical Work : Concealed wiring 02 x switch boards with modular switches, 02 x 15 Amp socket, 8x5 Amp, 06 x 20 watt LED tube light sets fitted on the wall 06 x Ceiling fans branded

Plumber Work :- Diversion of sewerage pipe line beside staff room & toilet up to main manhole upto 100 mtrs approx with 2’ deep supporting 4 manhole Diversion of water pipe line with GI pipe 0.75” with all fitments approx 60 ft
