Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 meter and lead upto 30 meter and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of sur-plus earth as directed by the Engineer incharge up to a distance of 30 meters from the foundation trenches., Sch No. 2.8.1

Filling of earth in plinth in 20cm layer including leveling, dressing and watering and also including of supply of earth including carted loading & unloading as per direction of Engineer incharge.., Sch No. DSR 2.25a

Sand filling in plinth under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete including lead up to 50m and lift upto 1.5m and including cost of sand., Sch No. DSR 2.27

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 coarse sand :8 graded Stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour T & P rtc required for proper completion of the work and curing complete also including cost of formwork in foundation & floors., Sch No. (DSR-4.1.8)

Treatment of soil under existing floors using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300 mm apart including drilling 12 mm diameter holes and plugging with cement mortar 1 :2 (1 cement : 2 Coarse sand) to match the existing floor:With Chlorpyriphos/Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration, Sch No. DSR 2.35.3.1

RCC WORK UPTO PLINTH

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete.

Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 330 kg /cum
