Servicing/Maintenance of electric/hand operated travelling crane removing old grease, dust, rust, cleaning with kerosene and apply new grease in all moving parts/bearings upto 5 Ton capacity.

Supply and replace Clutch assembly for upto 3 ton capacity of HOT Crane as specified and directed.

Supply and replace Gear Arm suitable for upto 3 Ton capacity of HOT Crane as specified and directed.

Load testing of Electric/Hand Operated crane by transporting dummy load from NAD Factory to the site where cranes load to be tested and vice versa of capacity upto 5 Ton all as specified and directed. Load test to be done by Govt approved firm/rep and test certificate to be submitted to the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix manual overhead crane hoist including operating chain upto 3 ton capacity.

Supply and fix manual overhead crane operating chain upto 3 ton capacity, crane height 5 to 18 metres, with locking arrangement including dismantling old one.

Material & Labour for painting of EOT/HOT cranes and their all components & machines as per MES colour code with one coat synthetic enamel paint including preparation of surfaces, writing of date of testing, due date of testing, capacities/MES No etc, welding work on hand railing and brackets where broken of capacity upto 5 Ton complete all as specified and directed

Comprehensive maintenance of addressable fire alarm system installed at NAD Depot Alwaye functionality of all components, cleaning all device , replacement of defective spares / components, comprising of following all as specified and directed: Make : Notifier. (a)Microprocessor based control Panel 2 Loop - 01 No. (b) Electronic siren - 03 Nos (c) Fire alarm hooters - 02 Nos. (d) Manual call points - 40 Nos. (e) Repeater Panels - 02 Nos. (f) 36 AH Battery - 02 Nos Notes :- (a) Contractor Shall Maintain all the Documents and Produce to the concerned Engineer in charge as and when required /preparation of RAR. Material & Labour in replacement of test terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75mmx75mmx25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screws complete as directed.

Material & Labour 40mm bore galvanised steel tubing, medium grade, fixed on the top of the roof with socket/clamps or by welding etc. for fixing single point air termination rod for lightening conductor support as required at site including removing of the old rusted pipe complete as specified and directed.

Supply and Installation of Pluggable type surge arrester for Three phase protection Class B / Type 1 as per IEC 61643 (provision for inbuilt common remote indication for defective arresters 3 nos of encapsulated spark gap to connect between Line and Neutral and one number arrester encapsulated spark gap type to connect between Neutral and Earth of following ratings including base element & pluggable arresters. Nominal voltage -230V 50Hz, Impulse current-150 KA (10/350µ sec) Line to Neutral & 125 KA(10/350µ sec) for Neutral to Protective Earth, voltage protection level <1.3 KV ( L to N) & <1.3 KV ( N to E). Operating temp 40º to +85ºC. Response time <100 nano sec complete as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, final tapper plug, bolt, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31, 9 metre long and applying one coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer including dismantling old one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in replacement of air termination single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia 300mm long for lightning protection as specified.

Supply & Fix in replacement of air termination single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia 1 metre long as specified.

Material & Labour for stay assembly complete with accessories comprising 20mm dia galvanised stay rod threaded end with nut 215cm long. 6mm thick MS stay plate of size 300x300mm, 2 Nos galvanised bolts, all as shown in electrical plate No 1 of SSR Part 1 and taking out old stay assembly all as specified and directed. ( Excavation, PCC and insulator and stay wire will be measured separately).

Supply & Fix in replacement of galvanised stay wire of size 7/2.4 mm as required at site including necessary clamps, nut and bolts complete to hold the existing lightning arrestor pole in position complete as specified.

Material & Labour in replacement of stringing aluminium conductor steel reinforced on tubular poles as suspension conductor for lightening protection system including removing of the existing old conductor as directed.

Supply & Fix in repair Loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain, white, brown or green, Small size, with overall dimensions 65 x 90mm, clearance of hole 16mm

Supply & Fix in repair aluminium strip 25 x 3mm with saddles/fasteners/insulators and fixing screws etc. for roof and down conductors above ground as specified

Material & Labour for testing earth resistance between conductor and earth value for the buillding and lightening conductors including writing the date of testing, next due date of testing on the space provided. Testing will be done twice in a contract period After completion of 6 months from the first testing as directed by the engineer-in-charge. (NOTE: - After testing, twice the quantity will be measured as one job).

Material & Labour for Earthing with copper earth plate of size 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground not less than 2.25 metre below ground level, earth plate paced on all side with charcoal mixed with salt to a thickness of 150 mm in layers, connected by copper strip of size 20 x 3 mm thick, soldered and riveted to earth plate. GI earth strip will be protected by using 40mm bore GI pipe (light grade) earth plate to transformer body, LT feeder pillar box, and neutral of transformer etc complete. The earthing includes PCC pit chamber, RCC pit cover and frame, watering pipe 20 mm bore, funnel with wire mess with necessary earth work including disposal of surplus soil to a distance not less than 50 metre etc complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I - 2009. Note: - Main earthing lead from earth plate to test point & up to 7.5 Metre to be provided. The cost for the same shall be deemed to be included in the above quoted rate.

Routine servicing, maintenance of DG sets upto 30 KVA of any make to be carried out including supply & replacement of lubricating oil filter elements, fuel filter elements, air cleaner element inner & outer with necessary 'O' Ring, Engineer oil, making good any leakages of oil, greasing the shaft fan motor, bearings and testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Engine oil shall be measured and paid separately other parts are included in the quoted rates.

Material & Labour for dismantling of self starter 12/24V from engine and transporting to workshop for repair, opening cleaning and replacing defective bushes, bendix pinion ball bearing, plunger assembly, solenoid switch, carbon brushes, brush spring including varnishing of coils heating, drying etc for DG set upto 30 KVA complete all as directed.

Material & Labour for radiator servicing and minor leakage repair by dismantling and taking out from the engine, complete servicing /descaling and cleaning of tubes, tanks by applying suitable chemicals, flushing out impurities/ stains of radiator fins and painting complete including filling of water to required quantity, replacement of old hose pipe and clamps etc and refixing in position and testing for radiators of upto 30 KVA capacity generator set.

Servicing /overhauling of Turbo charger by replacing TC kit including testing on completion of 30 KVA capacity Gen set.

Supply and replace by pass flexible pipe suitable for 30 KVA Generator set.

Supply and replace fan belt suitable for 30 KVA capacities Generator set.

Removing the old engine oil from the diesel engine sump of various DG sets, cleaning the oil sump thoroughly, supply and fill new engine oil multi grade OMD-110/20W 40/SAE 40 in replacement of old engine oil.

Supply and replace bottom kit after removing and cleaning oil sump of 30 KVA capacity DG Set.

Supply and fix in repair AVR unit suitable for 20/30 KVA DG Set as per existing make and model.

Material & Labour for overhauling and calibration of fuel injection pump (FIP) for 6/4 cylinder engine 1500 RPM including replacing injector nozzle, steel fuel pipe for FIP to injector, piston spring, worn out nuts and bolts and washers gasket, re-fixing and testing on full load after completion for DG Set 20/30 KVA

Supply and fixing in replacement Water temperature gauge with lead for gauge for DG Set of any make and capacity upto 30 KVA as per the existing including dismantling and taking out old unserviceable.

Servicing of DG panel, cleaning, checking of electric connections, replacing defective components, meter, relays, indicating lamps, and all other control systems for the proper functioning of the panel of DG set upto 30 KVA.

Replacement of water pump suitable for upto 30 KVA DG Set by removing/ dismantling fan drive assembly, water hose connection and belt, including replacement of fan hub bearing and shaft and testing the same after re-fixing.

Supply and fill coolant for radiator.

Material and labour for servicing of 20/30 KVA, 380 Volts online UPS by servicing of all parts, making all electrical connections, applying petroleum jelly to battery terminals, repair/replacement of battery leads, repair of parts, make the UPS Functional all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair burnt/unserviceable PCB of UPS suitable upto 30 KVA capacities at site as per existing make and model including dismantling old one complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair 3 phase IGBT of UPS suitable upto 30 KVA capacity at site as per existing make and model including dismantling old one complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair 3 phase Inverter mother board of UPS suitable for 20/30 KVA capacity at site as per existing make and model including dismantling old one complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair sealed lead acid battery of 12 volts, 65 Ah including taking down old unserviceable battery.

Supply and fix in repair 3 phase sensing transformer of UPS suitable for 20/30 KVA capacity at site as per existing make and model including dismantling old one complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair 3 phase IGBT drive card of UPS suitable for 20/30 KVA capacity at site as per existing make and model including dismantling old one complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Amount of Credit Schedule shall be deducted to arrive the Contract Sum.
