Attending day to day 24 hrs work and breakdown and call on repair for uninterupted shore power supply cope points, Junction boxes, Pillar boxes, LT cables off sizes, earthings, cable joints etc complete by providing daily minimum 03 electrician and 03 helper during the complete work period complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (a) Contractor shall not claim for outsourcing (b) Work will be measured as per unit specified

M&L for finding of cable fault inside Jetty gallery by disconnecting both cable ends, using insulation tester, cable fault finder and rectification complete by cutting at fault position, fixing of straight through heat shrink joint, for cable sizes 150 sqmm to 500 sqmm, 3.5 core, 1100 volts grade and reconnection of both cable end to original position, replacement of defective aluminium cable lugs, fixing with old or required new nuts-bolts-washers complete with testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (a) Items required for rectification such as Heat shrink cable end terminals / straight through joints / heat shrink sleeves shall be measured separately as supply only. (b) Required aluminium cable lugs and nuts-bolts-washers shall be inclusive of quoted rate.

M&L for de-carbonizing/cleaning of LT 415/380 V 3 phase Air Circuit Breaker at Pillar boxes inside/above Jetty Gallery by removing outer door, inner door, by draw-out movable unit from base, keeping aside carefully, removing all cable connection from rear side bus, interconnection bus between main bus and ACB, checking for any defects due to any flush/loose contact, cleaning of all fixed and moving contact point, terminal connection points with CTC and re-fixing moving unit of ACB, cables, bus the same after applying Backtol (red) solution to the bus bar insulator and replacement of defective aluminium cable lugs and tightening the nuts, bolts, spring washers & thimbles complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (a) Required male/female ACB contacts, trip coils, closing coils, electronic protection unit will be inclusive of quoted rate. (b) Required aluminium cable lugs and nuts-bolts-washers shall be inclusive of quoted rate (c) All cleaning agents are included in the quoted rate. (d) Disconnection and reconnection of cable will be measured separately

M&L for de-carbonizing/cleaning of LT 415/380 V 3 phase, 4 wire Junction boxes inside Jetty Gallery used for distribution of power to different pillar boxes by removing cover, by dismantling bunch of cable termination of 3ph+N busbar (cable terminations are not less than 16 Nos. in each phase of 150 sqmm to 500 sqmm) taking out aluminium/copper complete busbar off sizes, checking for any defects due to any flush, loose contact and cleaning of complete bus with CTC, cleaning of all bus insulators and re-fixing bus etc after applying Backtol (red) solution to the insulator and and refixing all cable connections, replacement of damaged cable lugs and replacement of damaged nuts, bolts, washers and tightening of all nuts, bolts including one coat of painting to inside chamber of cope point with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (a) Required aluminium or copper busbars, coloured heat shrink sleeve for busbar, cable kits, will be measured as supply only, (b) Required busbar insulators, aluminium cable lugs and nuts-bolts-washers shall be inclusive of quoted rate.

Dismantling taking out complete burnt cable end termination of sizes 150 sqmm to 500 sqmm, 3.5 core from ACB/MCCB terminals/busbars, cutting cable ends for replacement of burnt/defective aluminiumcable lugs and fixing to ACB/MCCB terminals/busbars with nuts, bolts, washers, aluminium cable lugs complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Required aluminium cable lugs and nuts-bolts-washers and busbar insulator shall be inclusive of quoted rate

M&L for taking out damaged door of Pillar Boxes / cope points due to broken hinges or other reason and making necessary arrangement for fixing new MS fabricated hinges to body of PB/CP and refixing existing door or new door after proper fabrication to existing shape and fixing to hinges, door locks complete all as specified and as directed. Note-New MS sheet as required for door will be measured as supply only

Fabrication and supply doors of PB or JB or cope points made with MS sheet 3mm thick including painting with one coat of red oxide and two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Galvanised iron earthing strip 32x6mm including connection with existing strip by making necessary drilled hole incl dismantling taking out unserviceable earthing strip of any size to PB/CP/JB/main earth bus complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting of outside surface of Pillar boxes located outside or inside Jetty with one coat of synthetic enamel paint on every alternate 03 month complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting of outside surface of Cope Points located outside or inside Jetty with one coat of synthetic enamel paint on every alternate 03 month complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting of outside surface of Junction boxes located inside Jetty with one coat of synthetic enamel paint on every alternate 03 month complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for writing letter on front surface Pillar boxes/Cope Points/Junction boxes located outside or inside Jetty with white colour synthetic enamel paint on black back ground showing Voltage, PB-No, feeder No, Tr-No, SS No/name with letter size 50 mm x40 mm after every alternate 06 month complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for white washing of PCC foundation of PB/CP/security light pole on every alternate month complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix LT ACB 3 pole 1600 A, 50 KA breaking capacity, 415 V, 50 Hz, manual drawn out type and manually charged with micro processor ET6G trip release protection system against over current, earth fault and short circuit with 2 NO + 2 NC auxiliary switch, main CTs, safety shutter, cradle guard, operating handles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacement of worn out MS fabricated stand/support of cable/PB/JB inside or outside gallery with suitable size of MS sections by welding, cutting, jointing, and with one coat of red oxide primer and 2 coats of black bituminous paint complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC junction box of outdoor type, weather proof, with provision of hole at bottom for cable entry, hinged door with locking arrangement, of size not less than 200mm (L) x 100mm(B) x 300mm (H) incl taking down unserviceable one, fixed to pole with MS clamp, nuts, bolts and washers complete including one 3ph 4 pole connection block complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing including taking out old UNSV Single pole and neutral double pole 20apms MCB complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing PVC insulated, PVC round sheathed copper flexible electric cable 4 sqmm 3 core, 1100 Volts grade and dismantling wornout/defective cables from top of highmast light to bottom control panel, through high mast pole complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for taking out damaged Pillar Boxes / cope points from inside of gallery due to rusted surface or other reason and making necessary arrangement for repairing it by removing cables from Busbars/ ACBs/ MCCBs for fixing new MS fabricated body of PB/CP and refixing existing door after repair or new door after proper fabrication to existing shape and fixing to hinges, door locks and painting of inside surface with one coat of epoxy paint and refixing of PB inside gallery to the original location complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:-New MS sheet as required will be measured as seperately.
