S &F MCCB 25 kA,250Amp four pole thermal magnetic and electronic earth leakage module incl dismantling of old existing MCCB of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling existing PCC and M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in mass concrete (for pump set foundation/DG set foundation/LT Panel foundation etc) and similar work including necessary frame work finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed. Note :- PCC foundation shall be done as per existing and suitable for available centrifugal pump set.

Note:- For surface excavation to cut the hurbs and shurbs from site is the responsibility of the contractor. rate of cutting of hurbs and shurbs is included in the qouted rate of this item.

Supply and laying lowering & jointing with submersible pump lead including jointing material PVC insulated and PVC sheathed submersible flat cable multistranded copper conductor 70 Sqmm 3 core, 1100 volt grade including M&L for cable tieing arragngement with two places at each length (3mtr) of column pipe including taking down old complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting and taking down unserviceable electric motor of capacity 100 HP to 125 HP, 1450 RPM 3 Phase from base frame and shifting to workshop for rewinding opeing compete taking out Rotor assembly from starter carefully and cutting/cleaning burnt winding wire from startor, carefully reapirs to demage slots sinclduing Rewinding of starter with super enameled copper wire gauge same as original & Varnishing the same drying tapping with cotton tapes all electrical cionnections should be soldered properly, reassembling resifting & reinstallation at site inclduing testing at full load complete all as specifed & directed.

M&L for site clearance by means removing of debris, cutting of grass, bushes, plant growth and disposed off up to a distance not more than 50mtr from the starting point all as directed at site at various water supply installations.

Attending complaints foir servicing / cleaning at site of chemical dozing system installed at various water supply installations and disconnect the dozing system from existing water supply system and dismantlimg all pasrts of dozing at site for servicing /cleaning of all parts and also change the defective minor parts if required. Note:- (i) Contractor shall be responsible to provide all T&P, chemical / solution required for cleaning and servicing of dozing system without any cost. (ii) Contractor will ensure to remove all deposit scales in pipe lines / tamks and in all operational parts of existing dozing plant. (iii) Complaints attended successfully in one pump house in one day shall deemed to be one complaint. (iv) If dozing system is found to be unserviceable at site than it will be the responsibility of the contractor to make it functional under item 50 & 51 of Sch B as soon as possible.

Material and labour for repair of water level monitor device developed on lates technology and make functional in all respect and rechanrge 2 Nos SIM card for 11 months (01 SIM card in transmit unit and 01 SIM card in receiver unit). Note:-Spare parts which are required to be replaced during repair shall be measured and paid seperately in after as supply only rates, however fixing element shall be deemed to be included in quote rates of this item.

Supply ,installation, testing & commisioning of Granular chlorination dosing system plunger type suitable to inject solution upto 25 LPH working pressure 10Kg/cm2 comprising dosing pump coupled with three phase electric motor of capacity 0.5 HP, 1440rpm assembly with agitator in one motor , agitator with one SS seep blade duly FRP coated, FRP tank 150 ltrs capacity, complete unit mointed on heavy duty MS fabricated frame duly anticorrosive paint with complete grade PVC NRV, alongwith control panel for dozing pump suitable for model SSAPS/ CDSPT/25 made of powder coated MS fabricated box consisting of LED indicator, digital voltmeter, ampere meter, single phase preventor , high voltage protection alongwith connected accessories including foot valve, dosing valve of suitable size and required tubing including taking out old. Note:- Dosing system should be suitable for centrifugal / submersible pumps.

Supply installation testing and commisioning of digital water level indicator device, operating on single phase supply, direct display in 100 mm size digit system in meter / centimeter of water level of sumps / overhaed tanks . The entire unit must operate through ompact circuit, which must ensure reliable operation at 230 volts +/- 5% with reliable in digit display. The circuit must be housed in MS CRC sheet box with with nylon moulded connection strips. The level system must have resistance transducer, which is unaffected by corrosion and other contacts available in water. The product must be controlled by micro switch. The whole unit must be electronically controlled and theupper and lower level indicator must be higly sensitive micro switch. The complatwe unit must be in two parts. Each complete part must be fitted in MSCRC sheet box seperately one must be installed at sump / Overhead tank with proper power coating paints. The unit shall have high and low alarm to be set according to requirement based on level indicated. It should be possible to recaliberate the indicator to display in percentage or liters, centimeters as required and taking out old unserviceable.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dence soil for laying of LT UG cables/base for Pole etc complete.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in hard/dense soil

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point.

M&L for sand cushioning laid in trenches for laying of LT UG cables complete all as spd and directed. ( punned thickness of cable shall be measured)

M&L common burnt clay building bricks, sub-class ‘B’ designation-75 for LT UG cable protection complete
