Repair and restoration of rain damages on Kuthera Harlog via Dugli Tasli road under PDNA.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m (One point five metre) in width or 10 sqm (Ten Per Square Metre) on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m,(One point five metre) including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. (Fifty metre) including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (One cement : Five sand : 10 graded stone aggregate) with steel shuttering etc complete and curing complete including the cost of form workwith steel shuttering for plain / reinforced concrete in retaining walls, breast walls, as per drawing & HP, PWD, technical specifications & including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing weap holes in brick masonry / stone masonry / plan reinforced concrete abutment wing wall and laying cement concrete in retaining walls,return walls, 100 mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structure with slop of 1 (v): 20 (H) towaeds drawing face complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall,return wall and retaining / breast walls with granular material complete asper drawings and technical specification clause 1204.3.8 complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earthwith lead upto 50 metres.

Providing and applying primer coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade emulsion, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications :

Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS:8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface & cleaning with mechanical broom.

2 cm premix carpet surfacing with 2.4 cum of stone chippings 11.2 mm nominal size per 100 sqm and bitumen emulsion (medium setting min. 65% bitumen content) complying with IS : 8887, using 96 kg per cum of chippings, including consolidation with road roller of 6 to 9 tonne capacity etc. complete.

Providing and laying seal coat of premixed fine aggregate ( passing 2.36 mm and retained on 180 micron sieve) with bitumen using 128 kg of bitumen of grade VG - 10 bitumen per cum of fine aggregate and 0.60 cum of fine aggregate per 100 sqm of road surface,including rolling and finishing with road roller all complete.Providing and laying seal coat of premixed fine aggregate ( passing 2.36 mm and retained on 180micron sieve) with bitumen using 128 kg of bitumen of grade VG - 10 bitumen per cum of fine aggregate and 0.60 cum of fine aggregate per 100 sqm of road surface,including rolling and finishing with road roller all complete.
