Disconnecting & taking down existing water tank of capacity exc 500 liter and not exc. 1000 liter and removing from site complte and S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 1000 lts capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted with and including 20 mm dia ball brass valves, high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed in position all as per SSR Part I complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for keys , scrubing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of concrete /brick surface in cement mortar 1:6 finished fair and even as in wall complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of demolished materials to a distance exceeding 250 Mtr but not exceeding 500 Mtr and deposting where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for water proofing treatment on roof slab including picking ,sweeping ,clean and washing down with water to remove dust & providing water proofing treatment described as under :- (a) Surface preparation and treating construction joints, filling of honey combs,preparation of coving ( if required ) with Asian paints smartcare Repair Mortor and Asian Smartcare General purpose Grout of Asian paint or equivalent product of THERMAX / FOSROC . (b) Cleaning the surface and appling Asian PU Magnum primer Resin & hardner of Make Asian paints or eqivalent product of THERMAX / FOSROC on the cleaned surface. (c) Appling Asian Smartcare PU Magnum of Make Asian paints in Two ( 2 ) layers ( PU Magnum per coat should be minimum of 600 gms per Square meter or equivalent product of THERMAX / FOSROC. ( d). Ponding test of 72 Hrs and no leakage/ seepage observed. Any rectification to be done at the cost of contractor repeating above stepsof application. (e) . The work shall be carried out complete as per manufacturer's specification and application methodolgy. (f) . Word of Execution to be done with authorised applicator of the manufacturer and company bank gurantee to br given by the contractor after completion of water proofing work befor payment. work will be executed in Smart Assurance System of manufacturer company of Asian/ Epoxy/ Polymer chemicals.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound ISI Marked (used 200 ml per bag of cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing the plants/ vegetation upto Six story height including penefreated roots complete and injecting chemical GLYPHOSPHATW 41% SL 20 ml or till refusal by makimg cut/ injection in the stem of plant 30mm C/C spraying with solution (25ml Glyphospoto 41% diluted with one litre water) including necessary scaffolding etc wk will be carried out upto 6 th storey buildigs complete all as per specification and directions.

S&F in replacement of UNSV 40 mm dia GI light grade pipe bracket 1.50 m long bent to shape by cutting & welding as required & directed and fixed to pole/wall with two No,s of FI clamps 40x5 mm to be tightened with bolts, nut and washers and including painted with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. M & L for fabrication of Installation sign Board of size 1200 X 900 made out of 3 mm thick MS sheet and position the same on 50 X 50 X 6 mm Angle iron frame & fixing on 2 Nos posts made out of 40mm dia medium grade GI pipe up to 150 cm height ( 105 cm above the ground level and 45 cm below the ground level) with necessary fixing arrangements such as bolts, nuts and washers include of painting the sign board except GI posts with a coat of red oxide and two coats of synthetic enamel paint over the primer & pasting of retro refectative High intensity Grade (HIG) 3 mtr blue sheet over the PGI sheet with white 0.5 includ of border and weiting of information over board by cutting and pasting of letters, complete all as specified and Make of PGI Sheet : TATA/SAIL / TISCO of approved by GE. Note :- Meterial Information for pasting is approved by GE, all material and cutting ,pasting is deemed to be included in the rates quoted by tenderes the contractor in above respective item as approved by GE.

Dismantling and taking out old PVC flooring of any description and removing old unserviceable floowing of any type and M&L for supplying and fixing nominal 2.5 mm (+ 10% tolerance) thick electric insulated P.V.C. synthetic sheet viz “insulatica 2000” conforming to IS-15652 of 2006 alongwith suitable adhesive/chemibound, having leakage current tested to meet requirement of IS-8437, IS-3043, break-down strength 40 KV having no adverse impact of mineral oil, high insulation resistance including material for water proofing of floor and sealing of all joints as required, suitable for floor covering around electrical apparatus for voltage not exceeding 11 KV (AC) to ground complete all as specified and directed as approved by GE.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level) connected to galvanized iron earth wire 4.00 mm dia (main earthing lead ) by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No . 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) with connected to earth test point & to main switch board with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt alround earth plate & 15 mm dia GI pipe light grade for earth lead protection pipe for suitable length and GI pipe 20 mm dia light grade for watering pipe with funnel & wire mesh including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, and PCC (1: 3 : 6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded black trap/ granite/ Basalt stone aggregate) for earth pit with 40x40x6 mm mild steel angle iron frame for cover and 40 mm thick precast RCC cover in 1 : 2 : 4 type B1(using 20 mm graded black trap/granite/ basalt stone aggregate) with 3 Nos 8 mm dia TMT bars both ways with 12mm dia round bar handle, complete all as specified & directed .
