REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT/ CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE, MANHOLES, SEPTIC TANKS AND SOAK WELL AND MISC WORKS AND REPAIR/MAINT TO FLOORING, ROOFING, JOINERY AND CEILING INCLUDING SANITARY FITTINGS TO AVN ASSETS OF 207 ARMY AVN AT MANASBAL UNDER GE 970 EWS

Cleaning of blockage of Indian or European type water closet including blockage of Nahani trap or floor trap or gully trap of any size type upto the Ist manhole (blockage of any type took place at IWC or EWC, blockages of kitchen trap, bathroom, wash hand basin trap due to stuck of any substance or material due to any other reasons to the entire satisfaction of users/ Occupants manually or with using pumping device or any other suitable method or mechanically and getting the signature of the User's on complaint slip for Manasbal AGE B/R III Notes:- (a) Contractor shall deploy four numbers of Safaiwala's to carryout day to day complaints (Seven days of week Sunday/ holidays) of blockage etc and complaint slip shall be collected from the Complaint cell of AGE B/R-III. (Time of 02 x safaiwala-0900hrs to 1700hrs). (b) Contractor has to make sure that the blockage complaints so received shall be completed within the 24 hours from the time of receipt complanits, and for any delay in completion of the particular complaint a penalty @ Rs. One Hundread Fifty (Rs. 150/-) will be recovered from the contractor's dues per complaint.

M&L for dewatering of contaminated waste effluent from septic tank, soakage well of any capacity by sewer jetting cum suction machine vehicle / honey sucker machine vehicle from any location and disposal to suitable place i.e. authorised civil location with and including taking off & re-fixing manholes covers etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : 1. The Contractor / site supervisor will attend the complaint cell of AGE B&R-III to receive the complaint slips daily at 0900hrs to carry out the complaints within 48 hrs from receipt of compalints slip and completion report will be submitted to concerned JE / AGE before 48hrs as per complaint slip time. 2. If Contractor is to be failed to carry out to completion the jobs within the stipulated time period, the recovery will be chargeable at the rate of Rs. 730.00 per Cum for every day.

M&L for cleaning of septic tank of any capacity and depth including inlet / outlet chamber after mixing of contaminated waste effluent and sludge etc of septic tank by mixing machine to change the state of solid / semi solid sludge to liquid state by using extra water provided by the Contractor if required and getting out through sewer jetting cum suction machine vehicle / Honey sucker machine vehicle from any location and disposal to suitable place i.e. authorised civil location with and including taking off & re-fixing manholes covers etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : 1. The Contractor / site supervisor will attend the complaint cell of AGE B&R-III to receive the complaint slips daily at 0900hrs to carry out the complaints within 48 hrs from receipt of compalints slip and completion report will be submitted to concerned JE / AGE before 48hrs as per complaint slip time. 2. If Contractor is to be failed to carry out to completion the jobs within the stipulated time period, the recovery will be chargeable at the rate of Rs. 1000.00 per Cum for every day.

M&L for cleaning of SGSW / RCC / PVC sewage line upto 250mm dia by rodding / auger rods & drain pipe machine as required from manhole to manhole including gully trap and getting out the sludge from any size of manholes & gully traps before & after cleaning process of SGSW / RCC / PVC sewage line and well flushing using clean water through water bowser pipe of any capacity (arranged by the Contractor) and removing the sludge etc to a distance n.exc 250m and burying the same underground by digging pit of suitable size from habitant area and returning & filling with excavated materials upto ground level including removal of surplus soil to a distance n. exc 250m with and including taking off manholes / gully trap covers and re-fixing the same after cleaning process complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : 1. The Contractor / site supervisor will attend the complaint cell of AGE B&R-III to receive the complaint slips daily at 0900hrs to carry out the complaints and completion report will be submitted to concerned JE / AGE in the same day i.e. before 1700hrs. 2. If Contractor is to be failed to carry out to completion the jobs within the stipulated time period, the recovery will be chargeable at the rate of Rs. 75.00 per RM for every day.

M&L for cleaning / taking off of sludge (solid / semi solid) of any state from manhole of any size including gully trap having depth upto 3.00m by using machinary or manually as required and removing the same to a distance n.exc 250m and burying the same underground by digging pit of suatible size from habbatient area and returning & filling with excavated materials upto ground level including removal of surplus soil to a distance 250m with and includig taking off manholes / gully trap covers and re-fixing the same after cleaning process complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : 1. The Contractor / site supervisor will attend the complaint cell of AGE B&R-III to receive the complaint slips daily at 0900hrs to carry out the complaints and completion report will be submitted to concerned JE / AGE in the same day i.e. before 1700hrs. 2. If Contractor is to be failed to carry out to completion the jobs within the stipulated time period, the recovery will be chargeable at the rate of Rs. 165.00 per Each Job for every day.

M&L for cleaning / taking off of sludge (solid / semi solid) of any state from manhole of any size including gully trap having depth upto exc 3.00m and N.exc 4.50 m by using machinary or manually as required and removing the same to a distance n.exc 250m and burying the same underground by digging pit of suatible size from habbatient area and returning & filling with excavated materials upto ground level including removal of surplus soil to a distance 250m with and includig taking off manholes / gully trap covers and re-fixing the same after cleaning process complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : 1. The Contractor / site supervisor will attend the complaint cell of AGE B&R-III to receive the complaint slips daily at 0900hrs to carry out the complaints and completion report will be submitted to concerned JE / AGE in the same day i.e. before 1700hrs. 2. If Contractor is to be failed to carry out to completion the jobs within the stipulated time period, the recovery will be chargeable at the rate of Rs. 165.00 per Each Job for every day.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description, on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete.

Demolition of Brickwork built in cement mortar including all quioins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
