SCHEDULE 'A' PART-VII (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS REQUIRED FOR B/R & E/M SERVICES (TO BE QUOTED BY CONTRACTOR))

M&L for 2.5 mm thick painting to road surfaces as in lines, dashes, arrows, letters , zebra crossing etc on roads, pavements and like with thermoplastic road marking paint @ 5 kg/Sqm and applying glass beads @ 300 gms/Sqm over painted surfaces while the painted surfaces are hot by mechanical means including cleaning surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note. The painting shall be carried out through mechanical appliances by the company's approved applicatior).

S&F of Bi-directional Abrasion resistant Raised pavement markers made out of micro prismatic tough polycarbonate lens of approved colour, Engineered thermoplastic body and fixed on the road with Epoxy including making good the disturbed portion of the road, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F street light bracket made out of GI tubing 40 mm bore medium grade 1.20 Mtr long bend to required shape as in bracket for street light fittings fixed with two pair or MS flat iron 40mm x 5mm size and 30cm long clamp of required shape with bolts nuts and washers suitable for steel tubular pole including painting of mild steel flat iron surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of cable juction box of size 155 x 210 x 92 mm for street light pole with GI clamps to fix on steel tubular pole with cable entry of 6-10 Sqmm with suitable size of terminals, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for horizontal boring across the existing road without disturbing the road surface for inserting 50 mm bore GI pipe, Complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- GI pipe Shall be measured and paid respective

S&F for 1.5 Sqmm 3 core copper cable for street light connection from juction box to light fitting complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of LED high bay light 50 Watt, IP66 protection with PDC housing suitable for ceiling mounted in wide beam optics, system efficancy 120 lm/W complete fixing arrangement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
