1 Dehydration including filteration and cleaning of transformer oil at Mafi power house by stream line method dehydration plant including testing of samples before and after dehydration and filteration . Dielectric strength should not be less than 45 KV at 2.5 mm gap after dehydartion all as directied.Note :- (i) Test result before and after filteration to be recorded as per the sample provided by Engr-in-charge.(ii) The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of making necessary connection and the connection to filteration plant from transformers and switchgear oil duly removing the inlet and outlet connections. (iii) For topping up transformer oil will be measured and paid separately under relevent item of schedule. -460 Ltrs 2 Supply and top up of insulating transformer oil conforming to IS 335 1993 latest amendments for replacing the oil in transformers with breaking capacity not less than 45kv all as specified and directed . - 110 Ltrs 3 Repair of transformer fins complete set suitable of cap 400 including bending the unserviceable fins from transformer and repair of the the fins at site and welding, same to the transformer after replacement and making the transformer fully serviceable and fully functional after the replacement of the fins within the time as specified and directed by EIC. Note: Transformer oil wasted in the process will be refilled upto the max marked levelled at transformer by the contractor after repair of the fins at No. extra cost. - 1 Each Job 4 Periodical maintenance of air break gang operated switches capacity 200 Amps fixed on two pole structure /four pole structure after taking down proper electric shut down with all precaution from MPH tightening all jumpers, PG clamps , connection after taking proper shut down with all precaution including painting all steel structure by applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer , greasing and replacement male and female contact, wire mesh strip, drop out fuses , locking arrangement by unscrewing nuts, bolts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. - 5 Job 5 Servicing the 11 KV GOD by cleaning the contact, disc/pin insulator with CTC & applying the petrolium jelly at the contact point/down rod links for smooth operation including replacing the rusted/corroted bolts & nuts and defective insulator of GOD as required at site. Make : ELPRO/ BHEL/ PACTIL/ JAYSHREE ot equivalent - 4 Each 8 Repair to HT panel having vaccum circuit breaker 11 KV rating of capacity 250 MVA and current reting up to 800 A by replacing defective / wornout parts, with the same make & capacity adjusmenet of gaps for smooth operation all as detailed below :-lSwitch off complete HT/LT electric supply of sub station and Isolating the HT Vacuum Circuit Breaker 11 KV , 3 Phase , 400 Amp capacity by disconnecting all incoming/outgoing HT cable carefully and checking the serviceability of UNSV VCB step wise such as primary insulation,scecondary insulation,complete wiring system,auxilary switches triping system,triping machanism,vaccum interupter , safety shutter, motor charging system/machanically charging spring,earthing system busbar,insulators current transformer , and other related spares such as over current and earth fault relays,meters and other control in the presence of AGE E/M complete includng cleaning of all spares properly, removing all dust and dirt particles UNSV spares parts shall be measured and paid for separately under relevent items and refixing the same after repair and testing on full load complete all as specified and directed by EIC - 2 Each Job. ( a) Cleaning of VCB with air blower and removing dust particals. (b) Cleaning of insulating paces of VCb by using CTC/CRC/Thinner as required and recommended.(c) Checking the acring contract gap of vaccum intrupter if gap exceeds the permissible limis, reaad just as recommeded. (d) replacing the fixed and moving contract if the thickness of contacts is not proper. (e) cleaning the main contacts to remove carbon or some unwanted particls if sisbile. (f) dismentling and cleaning the insulated surfaces and arcbarrier with CTC and CRC. (g) checking/repair replacement of all electrical wiring for electrical/mannual operation including measuring IR values. (h) checking of all parts of cradles for proper alignment and grasing etc. (j) checking of all nuts/bolts, springs, levers \, latches connection etc and adjustment as required and recommended.(k) recording IR value of CT's, PTs. (l) cleaning of bus bar spout.m) replacement of defective indicator lamps etc. (n) checking of all moving parts for proper functioning of VCB and adjustment as per manufacturer recommendations. Make of VCB CG/ABB/Alstom, Ariva, Kirloskar. Note: service will be carried out through service engineer of manufacture employee. No employee of authorised dealer shall be hired for servicing of VCB. Grommets, dust cover ring of isolator contracts clips, pin for releases prop "Y" Phase shround, over ride stop pin etc. Note: Major spare parts shall be paid separately under repective item9 . Repair of motorized gear charging system incl repair of electric motor geared type .- 3 Job 10 Supply and fix cable End jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Aluminium conductor cable of size 70- 95 Sq mm Make- M seal / denson - 6 Each 11 Replacement of defective worn out HT bushing rod (stud)complete made of copper/brass with nuts and washers oil seal including threading at both ends for HT bushing of transformer outdoor/in door of various sizes up to 750 KVA as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed . Make : ABB/Simens/Crompton - 2 Each 12 M&L for calibration of HT VCB indoor type 11 KV with calibration of all protective devices or relay according to load, minor repair to wiring connector block etc all as specified and directed by E-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Calibration is to be done by auth service person of OEM.- 4 Each 13 Preparation of old painted surface of transformer by scrubbbing out cleaning and painting with two coats of spray paint & one coat primer Heat resistant metallic smoke grey paint complete metallic painting including writing MES No on transformer body with black paint for the following capacity transformer all as specified and directed. (a) Transformer 160KVA- 1 Each (b) Transformer 40KVA - 1 Each Job 14 Checking of unservicable Voltage stablizer capacity 100 KVA find the faluty part including disconnecting electric connection of voltage stablizer opening voltage stablizer and including minor repair , 3 phase 415 volts for unbalanced load complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. - 2 Job
