Material & Labour for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.60Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric ( Wt not less than 150 gms /sqm ) laid on bituminous surfaces by forced application over entire roof area, sunken portion with side lap not less 100mm and end lap not less than 150mm complete all specified.

Supply & fixing prepainted aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet (galvalume base) of thickness 0.50mm having tensile strength of 550 MPA , any colour and profile as apporved by GE and to be factory moulded as in roof covering /cladding and fixed with hot dipped galvanished with high durable protective triple coated self tapping screws /self drilling screws, to suit the roofing in customized colour matching with the colour of roofing and screws are to be fixed using torque adjustable electronic gun screws drills of suitable capacity complete all as specified (Note. work shall be carried at an height of upto 16 meter from FFL. All necessary scaffolding, safety arrangement shall be made by the contractor and quoted rate shall deemed to be included this aspect and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.)

Supply & fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

All necessary scaffolding, safety arrangement shall be made by the contractor and quoted rate shall deemed to be included this aspect and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.)

Taking dwn and re-fixing galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain/corruagated steel sheeting in any size and design old sheets any make and material, any size , gauge as in walls and roofing including provn of new screws, tapping screws any size including washers, drilling counter shank complete all as specified and directed. (Note. work shall be carried at an height of upto 16 meter from FFL. All necessary scaffolding, safety arrangement shall be made by the contractor and quoted rate shall deemed to be included this aspect and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.)

Taking down and re-fixing galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain/corruagated steel sheeting in any size and design old sheets any make and material, any size , gauge as in as in ridge , vallley gutter, including provn of screws, tapping screws any size including washers, drilling counter shank complete all as specified and directed. (Note. work shall be carried at an height of upto 16 meter from FFL. All necessary scaffolding, safety arrangement shall be made by the contractor and quoted rate shall deemed to be included this aspect and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.)

Material and labour for providing silicon based treatment in the roof sheet to make the holes leakproof by providing silicon based adhesive including all necessary labour and material to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Contractor shall be fully responsible to make the holes leak proof and has to give a written guaranty for two year (Note. work shall be carried at an height of upto 16 meter from FFL. All necessary scaffolding, safety arrangement shall be made by the contractor and quoted rate shall deemed to be included this aspect and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.)

Material and labour for providing silicon based treatment in the junction of masonry/RCC Members/Alm Frames and Glass for Sealing Gaps/Joints leakproof by providing silicon based adhesive including all necessary labour and material to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads shoes, bends, swan-neck, etc. including cleaning or refixing to same position , cleaning and putting in position of the rain water pipe line of hanger by manural or mechanical method including putting the mouth of rain water pipe in position with valley gutter incl cleaning of valley gutter. The disturbed mouth of the rainwater pipe has to be put in position with valley gutter and the make the joint water tight to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. (Note. work shall be carried at an height of upto 16 meter from FFL. All necessary scaffolding, safety arrangement shall be made by the contractor and quoted rate shall deemed to be included this aspect and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.)

Dismentaling of wall and ceilling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc.), any thickness including cover fillet complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing of powder coated aluminium anodised snap grid frame work for false celling comprising of the following sections for making partitions of 605x605 mm size fixed to walls with rawl plugs & screws and hanged to roof with and including 2mm dia GI wire suspender of suitable length and butterfly clips, size of main tee shall be 37mmx24mmx0.3 mm thick , cross tee shall be 28mmx24mmx0.3mm thick and wall angle shall be 24mmx24mmx0.3 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing of 4mm thick non asbestos E-board classic cememt building board for insulation and accoustic purpose, 600 x 600 mm size fixed with staples on snap grid as in ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth , wall tiling including taking down plastering in cement mortor removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing with water to remove dust etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Joint free Non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick coloured ( square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but n exc 0.36 sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the tile over and including screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6complete all as specified and as directed.
