Material and labour for repair to potholes any depth, not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, path cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg over 10Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exceeding 30mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bag to remove all loose dirts, dust and applying evenly one priming/ tack coat with paving bituminous primer at the rate of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen of grade 80/100 (VG-10) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete, 30mm average consolidated/ compacted thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix by using paving bitumen (VG-30 Grade), any penetration rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with mechanical paver and rolled complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (Premix shall be laid by using mechanical paver and premix shall be prepared in 'HOT' mix plant.)

Material and labour for preparing bituminous surfaces of road (The surface of existing road shall be cleaned, free from all dirt, dust) and applying road marking paint 2.5mm thick width not exceeding 10 cm wide with hot thermoplastic road marking paint like centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with 20% glass beads (intermixed) spread and laid by automatic mechanical machine engine at approx temperature 160 degree celcius with experience operator complete all as specified and as directed. (Make of paint - Shalimar, Berger, Automark).

Supply and fixing metal tubular delineator out of ABS, round body fitted with 2 Numbers 100mm dia high quality reflective reflector made out of PMMA and mounted on mild steel pipe of 45mm/ 50mm dia and 600mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red, yellow reflector radium tape of 25mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150mm x 150mm x 300mm) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Rate quoted for this item shall be deemed to be included of the cost of concrete, earthwork in excavation, RFR & removal of soil and any other minor work required at site complete and fixed all as per manufacturer instructions. Supply and fixing of cat eyes solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of Model Number DA 972.0 fixed with and including mild steel stud of suitable size as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Dark Eye, 3M, Tata, Road Star.

Supply and fix solar cat eye alluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4 V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2 V/ 1600 MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old/ unserviceable/ damaged road furniture item like cat eye, solar cat eye and delineators of any description complete all as specified and as directed.
