would be construed as disqualified.

r. Financial Bid will be opened for the technically qualified Bidders only.

 Payments will be made on the basis of progress percentage of Particular Work Order as

per the schedule of Work.

 The quote percentage (%) above/below on n-procure in the schedule B (online only)

will be applicable for all items from Item no 1 to all the Items of Schedule B1 and B2 of

 For any items of R&B and Irrigation Dept. SOR which are not included in the Schedule

B1 and B2 of Tender. All Contractors are bound to execute such item (EXTRA ITEM) as

per lowest rate/percentage (%) quoted by bidder/agency in tender. If item is not as per

SOR, mutual agreed rate should be considered for payment.

 The Rates mentioned in the tender Schedule B1 and B2 is for 1 quantity. However,

works will be carried out asper actual requirement (qty) and L1 rates. Also, the total

payable amount will be calculated on base on this for case-to-case work order.
