Material & labour for dismantling & descaling of solar water heater panel, repair of copper tube leakage with welding/brazing, cleaning by chemical solution in side circulation and re-assembling the same, cleaning the flat plate solar panel with glass cleaner solution including checking, servicing and testing the solar water heating system complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- charge. Note: D-scaling solution and Glass cleaner solution will be measured and paid separately under respective items of this BOQ.

M&L for dismantling and descaling of solar water heater inner tank, repair of leakage with welding/brazing and including cleaning by chemical solution in side circulation and reassembling the same complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- charge. Note: D-scaling solution will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only glass cleaner solution complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- charge.

Supply only descaling solution complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- charge.

S&F in repair Aluminium foil rapping on solar panel connecting pipe lines as per existing size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- charge.

M&L in replacement of copper tube of size 5/8" duly insulated complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of copper tube of size 1/2" duly insulated complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair solar collector glass plate suitable for 150 to 500 ltr capacity existing solar water system duly fixed on existing system complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair insulation suitable for filling inside of solar tank and its connecting pipe lines complete as per existing size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- charge.

S&F in repair rubber pipes 15mm dia ,150mm long as per existing size for insulation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- charge.

S&F in repair copper/brass heating element of rating 2/4 KW, 2/4 terminal as per sample suitable for solar water heater complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- charge.

S&F in repair Thermostat of rating 2/4 KW as per sample suitable for solar water heater complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- charge.

S&F in repair storage tank 300 litre capacity of stainless steel with glass wool insulated 40 mm thick with aluminium cladding 22 SWG for solar panel complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair MCB TPN 32 Amps 415 V, 10 KA 50 Hz, "C" Series complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- charge.

S&F in repair MCB TPN 40 Amps 415 V, 10 KA 50 Hz, "C" Series complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- charge.

Taking up or down 15mm bore steel tubing and connections including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed. Note : The rates quoted shall be inclusive of cutting chases for taking down GI tubing and making good in cement mortar 1:4 or PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates) after replacement of pipes.

M&L for dismantling wrought iron or mild steel framed work of water tank including nuts,bolts in any shape or size as directed by Eng-in-charge.

M&L for framed work of mild steel/wrought iron steel staging of water tank including nuts, bolts and washers, welding, bending in any shape or size for frame work water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290, Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement PVC heavy duty electric cables with copper conductor 1100 volts having cross section area 4 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
