M& L complete preparation of plastered wall surfaces incl necessary taking down, wire brush the surface of wall to remove all the loose laitence & wash with clean water and crack filling as directed on site wet the wall prior to over coating brush apply 1 primer coat of Dr fixit Primeseal incl crack filling with Dr Fixit Crack 'X' Paste& allow to dry for 4 hours , for internal walls, apply damp proof coating Dr fixit Damp guard, Blend a mixture of Dr Fixit & water in the ration 1:1:1(Base: Hardner: Water) & brush apply 2 coat over the plastered surface in a span of 4 hrs, over coat of walls with the suitable protective (decorative) coating complete all as specified and directed. Make : Dr .Fixit, FOSROC, Sika ,Chemistik OR Equallent make approved by GE

Complete removal of existing treatment on wall surfaces incl necessary taking down and wirebrush the surfaces to remove existing paint & putty, snowcem etc on external wall and crack filling with Dr Fixit Crack 'X' Paste and wet the wall prior to coating, Apply Dr. Fixit PrimeSeal (50% Dilution ) and ensure it is left to dry for 4-6 hours. Finally apply 2 coats of Dr. Fixit Raincoat undiluted, with an approximate time interval of 6 hours intravals (Each coat time duration is 6 hrs) complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge of work. Make : Dr .Fixit, FOSROC, Sika ,Chemistik OR Equallent make approved by GE

Dismantling of floor hearth and wall tilling incl mortar beding removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Non Skid Ceramic coloured with 2mm to 3mm spacer bar (colour & shade as approved) tiles non skid of size 400x400x7mm-8mm (exe 0.11 Sqm but n.exe 0.18 Sqm) thick as in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:6) and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified.

M & L for Glazed ceramic tiles, coloured (light colour as approved), of size 300x 600 OR 350x 250x 7mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc set and jointed in cement slurry over 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified.

M & L for Vitrified tiles of approved shade and pattern of size 600mmx600mmx9-10mm (not exe 0.36 sqm each) thick joint less as in floor set and jointed in cement slurry, over 15mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:6) and pointed with epoxy grouted with suitable pigment (mixed with white cement) to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified.

M&L washing,rubingdown and stoping of distempered and painted surfaces from old plastered / pointed surfaces (Dry distember, white / lime wash etc) and applying one coat of Oil bound distember / water based distemper over a coat of primer including applying Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M & L preparation of new plastered surfaces as in walls, soffits & facias of beam ,chajjas etc for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.all as specified.

S&F in repairs Vitreous China wash down water closet pan (European type) with P or S trap, snow white or white colour, fixing bolts, including connection to drain (or outgoing pipe) and to flushing pipe, antisyphonage pipe, etc complete, excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe including seat cover complete all as spd and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs min 10litres capacity PVC flushing tank, syphonic action type, high / low level, valveless, with PVC inlet ball valve, PVC flush pipe, float, chain and pull and suitable sized brackets including taking down / dismantling old unserviceable flush tank (any type) and disposing off complete all as spd and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in fancy type (Vitreous Ceramic ivory or snow white) pedestal patten hand wash basins with full pedestal of size 630x450mm (cat Model No. CERA CORNET / CONCORD / CALIBRE) complete set to fixied wall with all necessary fittings with fixing arrangements and connecting to water pipe with existing water system etc including suitable pillar tap (CERA MODEL F1015101 or Equallent Suitable model & make approved by Engineer in Charge) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F fiber glass reinforced plastic (FRP) door frames of three legged of cross section 90 x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thick. The laminate door frame moulded with fire retardent grade unsaturated polyster resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2 mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block of 2nd Class Hardwood in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fibre glass from all side M.S stay shall be provided at the bottom to sedy the frame complete as per direction of Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F 30 mm thick glass fiber reinforced plastics paneled door shutter of required colour & approved colour and manufactrures made with fire retardent grade unsaturated polister resin,moulded to 3mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails & styles with wooden frame & suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings along with MS tube frame of 19 gauge all around the styles & rails duly coated with steer primer cast monolithically with 5mm thick FRP laminate forpanels & conforming to IS:14856:2000 including fixing to frames with necessary hinges handles , tower bolts etc . The shade & colour shall be approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 150mm long (Length of Bolt in mm) Aluminium anodised,barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed all as specified and directed.

S&F 150mm (Size of Handle in mm) Extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type, anodised all as specified.

S&F 100mm Butt hinges(Size of hinges in mm), medium weight, cold rolled, stainless steel, and fixed all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surface of wood or wood based materials of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coat epoxy paint over a coat of primer of approved manufacture,complete all as directed & all as specified.

Preparation of wood or wooden based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old wooden surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old decorative steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and Applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to existing RCC roof slab including preparation of surfaces parapet comprising with the following course of treatment/ specification from bottom to top:- (a) Applying bituminous primer @ 0.40 litre per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof including parapet surfaces. (b) one layer of APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer, 3 mm thick, weight not less than 3.0 Kgs per Sqm, reinforced with non wovwn polyster fabric or weight not less 160 gms per sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60 cm minimum) and then inserted insde the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. (Note:- (i) Laying of APP based membrane shall be done by torch on method or as per manufacturers instruction. (ii) A minimum overlap of 150 mm and 100 mm should be made in the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as manufacturers instruction. (c) Applying two coats of reflective Bituminous aluminium paint on top of APP membrane. Laying of Standard APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for 10 mm thick (average) plastering on concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, in order to maintain proper slope and base over existing roof surfaces for laying of APP based polymeric membrane, including add WPC @3% of cement weight (Dr Fixt / Cera / Krishna etc) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Rate includes WPC & Polymeric membrane will be measured and paid separately)

Supply & fix steel tubing GI light grade for cable protection passing under road /floor or for fixing to poles all as specified and as directed of size 50 mm dia along with necessary calmp nut bolt etc complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coaping of pole complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply & fix PVC insulated 3 core 1.5 sqmm multistranded Copper conductor on pole for security light from junction box to street light fititng including making necessaey hole on surface of pole for insertion of 3 core pvc cable inside the pole upto street light fitting complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S & F of PVC junction box of size inside dimenssion 250x200x100 mm complete with industrial connector, including clamp made out of MS flat iron 30x5 mm, nut, bolts, washer, glands etc MCB 6-10 Amps complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.
