Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 680 kg (10 Passenger), five stop ( five floor ), five opening, double door, 1.0 m/s, V3f Microprocessor controller based drive, Machine Room ,Half framed glass door with one hour fire rated and SS silver brushed finish car with all modern features including suitable LED down lights, ventilation fan, LED backlight control buttons, digital car position indicator, multi ray electronic door detection systems,Elevator announcement system etc., operating at 3 phase 415V, 50Hz AC supply with suitable counter weight mechanism, guide rails & gearless type motor .etc suiting to manufactures technical specifications & standards. (Suiting to well size - 2060mm w x 2060mm) (Car size- 1350mm w x 1300mm D x 2200mm H)

ARD SYSTEM

Supply & providing suitable ARD System for the above lift with standard dust & vermin proof ARD panel including all necessary control wiring, adequate capacity SMF batteries etc. to attend during sudden power failure

ELECTRICAL WORKS

Charges for the preparation of scheme drawings, laison work with Electrical Inspectorate and obtaining scheme approval and energisation sanction including all other incidental expenses and required remittance etc complete.

Supply and fixing of following sizes of light gauge PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/ recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required 20 mm

Supply and fixing of following sizes of light gauge PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/ recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required 25 mm
