Excavation in post holes in soft/loose soil not exceeding 0.50 Cubic metre each and getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble moxed with earth around,in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removal of surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and making good surface complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (such as copings, bands of any type, roof padding, kerbs, sunken etc; overall thickness and removing the dust debris etc to a distance not exc 250 meter from site and disposing the same complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates as over roof for making good depression/ undulation to make the existing roof surfaces as filling in depression of roof slab/ floor padding and roof kerbs etc; complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for carrying out water proofing treatment for roofs in the following stages - (i) Rendering 10 mm thick plaster/ screed in cement mortar (1:4) mixing with water proofing compound (as per manufacturer instructions) and surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified . Note : (WPC shell be measured separately and paid for under respective item of schedule). (ii) First coat of bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm over plastered surfaces. (iii) Second coat of bonding material using blown type bitumen conforming to IS-702 grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm. (iv) Third layer of APP modified polymeric membrane centre core of 20 micron HMHDPE outer film 20 micron both sides thickness 2.0 mm having weight 2.50 Kg/Sqm. (v) Final coat of blown type bitumen confirming to IS 702-1988 grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per Sqm.

M&L for 40mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in floor/ roof and finishing surfaces of concrete in sub-floors, sub-bases, etc. even and rough to receive the topping layer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1,using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in coping to parapet walls including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing liquid ISI marked Make: Pidiproof LW or equivalent

M&L cool roof vitrified tiles (white or light shade as approved) of size 300x300x10mm thick fixed with spacers over 3mm thick high polymer modified grey cement based tiles adhesive and grouted with epoxy grout complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Taking down cement plaster, any description, on brick or stone walls etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and disposal of debris complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified.

S&F Roof trusses (Framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy brackets framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel, flat or MS hollow square/ rectangular any type, size/ sections), including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe 410-W Gde E-250 quality A including fabrication, erraction and fixing complete all as specified.

S&F Expanded metal, cut to length, bent to shape as required, welded with steel frame and fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated/ plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide & n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (40 mm graded aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concretetc complete etc. all as specified and as directed.

M&L for squared rubble walling jodhpur type, brought upto course, well bonded bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra over for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from a straight edge not exc 20mm and dressing face beds and joints as specified to squared rubble walling,Jodhpur type, brought upto courses all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 over stone masonary, concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement), all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on stone masonary wall surfaces in CM 1:4 finished fair and even all as specified and as directed.

M&L 150mm thick hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface of broken stone or boulders all as specified and as directed.

M&L 100 mm thick cement concrete type D- 2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in floor finished even and rough all as specified and as directed.

M&L 50mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in floor finished fair and even without using extra cement all as specified and as directed by engineer in charge.

Preparing new or previously untreated surfaces of steel or iron work of any description and girth over 10cm and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one priming redoxide zinc chrome coat, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer incharge.

Preparing new plastered surfaces and M&L for applying concrete primer as required incl preparing the surfaces smooth by rubbing and / or sandpapering and M&L two coats of cement base paint on new plastered surfaces all as directed by Engr in charge.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls etc. & applying three coats of lime white wash on walls complete all as specified.

Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep & averaging 15 cm deep getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub floor, sub bases, floor and paving etc; complete all as specified.

M&L for 60mm thick factory made pre cast cement concrete rubber moulded laquer finish using chemical and admixure inter locking tiles having compressive strength not less than 350 kg/Sqcm, of shape and colour as approved by GE , laid over and including 25mm thick compacted approved sand cushioned surface, joints filled by fine sand and compacting the top surfaces of paver blocks after laid etc of approved make all as specified and as directed.

M&L for factory made precast cement concrete solid blocks M-30 Grade, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in kerb stones of any size (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) set in cement mortar 1:4 for path edgings etc; embedded in position including all necessary excavation, tamping ground arround blocks and removal of rubbish/ surplus soil etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in kerbs or benching etc including necessary form work complete all as specified.

Preparing new or previously untreated surfaces of stone/ concrete any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of priming paint plaster coat complete all as specified and directed.
