Supplying,fitting and fixing vitrified tile in floors of size 600mm x 600mm of approved make confirming to IS : 13755 laid on 20mm thick cement mortar (1:4) ( 1 Cement : 4 course sand) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc required for the work all complete.(FIRST FLOOR)

Fixing of Vetrified tiles in dados, skirting riser of stepps on12 mm thick bed of Cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 Cement :3 sand ) jointed with neat Cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete excluding cost of tiles or stones. (FIRST FLOOR)

GROUND FLOOR

Fixing of Wall tiles in dados on12 mm thick bed of Cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 Cement :3 sand ) jointed with neat Cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of tiles.(GROUND FLOOR)

Wall painting 2-coats with Weather Coat paint of approved shade on new work to give an even shade excluding cost of paint.(FIRST FLOOR)

Supplying & Fitting , fixing G.I. angle framed Doors & windows and Grill,Grill Gate etc. all complete.

Labour for Fitting & Fixing

Dismantling and removing 2.5 cm AS flooring including stacking of the materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50 meter lead including cost of all labour, T&P etc. complete.(GROUND FLOOR)

Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil within 50m lead and 1.5m lift including rough dressing and levelling the bed etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Supplying & Filling Sand in F & P and on the road surface with well watered and rammed including all cost etc. complete.

Cement Concrete ( 1:3:6 ) using 40mm size hard granite metal including hoisting and laying concrete with watering & curing with all cost etc. complete.

Provision for Sign Board.
