Boring for cast-in-situ bored under reamed piles of 500mm dia to any depth through any type of soil/strata by DMC method using bentonite slurry including removal of bored materials to place outside MD land all as specified and as directed Note:-The rate shall include mobilisation,erection,dismantling and demobilisation of equipment for pile boring including all labours and material. Nothing extra shall be payable for mobilisation of equipment separately.

Material and labour for RCC with ready mix concrete(RMC) M30 grade in cast in situ bored pile with minimum cement content 400kg/cum of any length/any sections complete all as specified and as shown on drg including non destructive integrity test on all pile as per IS 2911 part IV. Note:-(i) Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately under relevant items

Material and labour for TMT bars (CRS/HCRM/CRM) in reinforcement 10mm dia and over for bored piles of any length and any dia all as shown on drgs including cut to length, bend to required shape, cranking/hooking ends if necessary and binding with 0.9mm dia MS wire annealed or welding so as to secure the bar firmly in position/required shape complete all as specified and shown on drgs.

Material and labour for TMT bars (CRS/HCRM/CRM) in reinforcement 10mm dia and over for grade beam/tie beams and pile caps of any length and any dia all as shown on drgs including cut to length, bend to required shape, cranking/hooking ends if necessary and binding with 0.9mm dia MS wire annealed or welding so as to secure the bar firmly in position/required shape complete all as specified and shown on drgs.

Material and labour for TMT bars (CRS/HCRM/CRM) in reinforcement 5mm dia and over up to and including 10mm dia confirming to IS-1786 as in Helical/stirrups for pile cut to length, bend to required shape, cranking/hooking ends if necessary and binding with 0.9mm dia MS wire annealed or welding so as to secure the bar firmly in position/required shape complete all as specified and shown on drgs.

All as per item No 15 above but 5mm dia and over up to & including 10mm dia spacers and binders for plinth/grade beams complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for concrete layer below pile caps/grade beams and foundation complete all as specified and shown on drgs.

Providing testing equipment & load and testing of 500mm dia bored pile for DMC pile (Initial Load test) all as per IS including removing the testing equipments from site after testing is completed all as specified and directed.

Providing testing equipment & load and testing of 500mm dia pile for DMC pile (Routine Load test) all as per IS including removing the testing equipments from site after testing is completed all as specified and directed.

Conducting standard penetration test all as per IS-2131 at levels and locations as directed for 500mm dia cast in situ bored piles all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep or area not exceeding 10 sqm on plan in soft/loose soil including bailing out/pumping out water on account of spring/rain or any other causes using any method as required and as directed by Engr-in-Charge for pile caps/plinth beams,raft foundation etc all as specified and shown on drawings.

Returning filling in around pile cap, plinth beams, raft foundation etc using excavated soil including spreading levelling and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m deposited whereever directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above starting point .

Formwork to sides of pile caps , grade beams rough finished surface of concrete flat all as specified .

FLAME PROOF FITTINGS: Supply,fixing, testing CMRI certified flameproof & weatherproof enclosure for LED tuge light fitting / batten with LED 16/20W, 4' long, IP-65 including and all fixing arrangements on wall and connecting. Flameproof fitting shall with and including cable gland / stopping plug, heat resistant glass, MS wire guard all as per IS: 2148/1981 & 2206 (Part-1)84 suitable for Zone 1, Gas groups IIA & IIB all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply,fixing, testing CMRI certified flameproof & weatherproof enclosure for LED bulk head fitting with LED 09/10W, IP-65 including and all fixing arrangements on wall and connecting. Flameproof fitting shall with and including cable gland / stopping plug, heat resistant glass, all as per IS: 2148/1981 & 2206 (Part-1)84 suitable for Zone 1, Gas groups IIA & IIB complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply,fixing, testing CMRI certified flameproof & weatherproof exhaust fan 380 mm sweep, 1440 RPM, 230 volt, single phase, IP-65 including and all fixing arrangements on wall, louvers and connecting. Exhaust fan shall with and including cable gland / stopping plug,hard wire, CI body all as per IS: 2148/1981 & 2206 (Part-1)84 suitable for Zone 1, Gas groups IIA & IIB complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply anf fixing and testing CMRI certified flameproof & weatherproof enclosure for MCB Distribution box 230 volt, 8 way including MCB DP 230 Volt, 25 Amps-1No & MCB SP 6A -6 Nos, IP-65 and all fixing arrangements on wall and connecting. Flameproof DB shall with and including cable gland all as per IS: 2148/1981 & 2206 (Part-1)84 suitable for Zone 1, Gas groups IIA & IIB (DB shall be fixed outside of wall as directed & shown in Drg)

Supply anf fixing and testing CMRI certified flameproof & weatherproof rotary switch 10/16 Amps 230 volt with cable termination box in LM-6 single pole, IP-65 and all fixing arrangements on wall and connecting. Flameproof switches shall with and including cable gland all as per IS: 2148/1981 & 2206 (Part-1)84 suitable for Zone 1, Gas groups IIA & IIB (switches shall be fixed outside of wall as directed & shown in Drg)

Material & labour for concealed point wiring with 1.5sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded single core copper conductor FRLS, ISI marked with and including stove enamelled steel conduit, ISI Marked with all accessories such as junction box (recessed), Tees, elbows,etc and 1.5sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded single core copper conductor FRLS, ISI marked cable as earth continuity conductor for one light point / exhaust fan point controlled through flameproof rotary switch fixed at outside wall of building complete all as specified & directed.

FIRE DETECTION SYSTEM :Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Intelligent Addressable single Loop Main Fire Alarm Panel The control panel shall be capable of expansion. Capacity of up to five analogue addressable detection loops, using five plug-in loop driver modules shall be available. The control panel shall support up tosingle analogue addressable loops with the capability to control 99 analogue sensors and 99 addressable modules, giving the maximum capacity of 200 addresses,The panel shall have 14 general panel status LED’s. An alphanumeric liquid crystal display shall give 80 characters of information on a 2-line display. The display will be illuminated to aid viewing under dim ambient light conditions. 20 number zonal fire indicators (LED’s) and 20 number zonal fault/test/disabled (LED’s) shall be provided. An on-board alphanumeric keypad with 17 keys shall allow the complete control and configuration of the system. Alternatively the panel shall be programmed using PC based upload/download software. Four separate pushbuttons shall provide control of Sound Alarms (Evacuate), Silence/Resound, Mute/Accept and Reset, and shall be located adjacent to the main LED indication.The Power Supply shall operate on 230 VAC, 50 Hz, and shall provide all necessary power for the control panel. In the event of a mains electrical failure, the fire alarm control panel shall have the capability of being supported in its intended state by standby batteries. The fire alarm control panel shall be fitted with an integral 0.7 Amp battery charger, current limited with DDP for 12/24 V lead acid batteries. The battery charger must be capable of being up-graded in capacity to facilitate larger systems. .Designed to meet UL listed and NFPA 72 approved make complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, installation , testing and commissioning of Fire Alarm Repeater / Annunciator Panel shall display fire / fault messages simultaneousely with FACP. It shall be capable of interfacing with the FACP on a single RS 485 Bus. The panel shall have a 2 x 40 charactet backlit alphanumeric LCD display, which shall display date, time & description of alarm / trouble events that are displayed in the FACP with an inbuilt buzzer to indicate fault / fire alarm. The repeater panel shall have the following LED's indications supply, fault,mute,silent disabled and fire.The panel shall be capable of operating on 12/24 V DC supply. The systems should have Modbus RTU/ASCII and Modbus TCP protocols.Users can easily intergate ModbusTCP and Modbus serial devices UL Listed and EN approved complete all as specified and as directed. (Repeater Panel at Fire Station OR location decided by user )

Supply,draw, connecting, testing and commissioning of 2-core 1.5Sqmm stranded copper conductor, PVC insulated PVC sheathed, aluminium myler tape shielded FRLS armoured cable in trenches / fiited on surface by providing necessary saddles,etc all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Note:- Earth work & HDPE pipe for cable protection shall be measured nd paid seperately.

Supply, lay, testing and commissioning of flexible 2 core 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor, pvc insulated, Cross laid up, Overall Aluminum Mylar tape shielded along with ATC drain wire PVC Outer Sheated Cable laid in existing conduit complete as required and as directed .

M&L Chemical earthing with copper earth plate 90X60X5mm and copper earth strip 32 X 6mm complete with back filling earth enhancing compound as per IEC 62561-7:2018, connected accessories including copper earth lead 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of copper and earth strip protected by GI pipe 50 mm dia light grade and connected from earth plate electrode to main switch board / earthing test point or upto 7.5 mtr whichever is less including inspection / testing chamber and cover / PCC chamber pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, 40 mm thick pre-cast RCC cover re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 10cm C/C on both sides and handle, excavation and earth work in any type of soil and removal upto 50 mtr complete all as specified and directed including testing on completion.

Supply and lay UG cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volt with stranded aluminium conductor of size 2.0 core 10 sqmm all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing MCB distribution box 2 way with and including MCB DP 25Amps in the existing LT panel board for tapping supply including all fixing arrangement and connecting all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, spreading and levelling riddled soil as earth cushioning to LT cable by using IS seive to seperate the composite/roots etc and refilling spreading in trenches as cushioning and rammed down to form a solid bed all as specified and directed at site. Note:- Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.
