Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of HVAC equipment installed at Plant Room (High Side) complete with Air-cooled Screw Chillers (04 nos.- 200 TR), Chilled Water Pumps, associated Electrical Power supply panels, Starter Panels & Control Panels with all it's control and switchgear i/c VFDs and associated power and control cables, piping & valves with and without insulation, Strainers, Flow meters, earthing connector complete etc., as required and as per enclosed specifications with all related/ associated equipments works at locations and as installed covering the scope of activities given in special conditions of contract and technical specifications, attending faults and free supply, replacement of defective components of same rating and make, ensuring serviceability/satisfactory working condition of the systems, i/c attending preventive & breakdown maintenance complete etc. as required and as specified.

Operation and Day to Day Maintenance Contract of HVAC equipments installed at Plant Room and Operational Building (High Side and Low Side) & entire VRF A/C system at Multiactivity Building, complete with Air-cooled Screw Chillers (4 nos), Chilled Water Pumps, associated Electrical Power supply panels, Starter Panels & Control Panels with all it's control and switchgear i/c VFDs, AHUs and associated electrical panels complete with control and switch gear and associated cables i/c VFD, valves with and without insulation, Strainers, VFDs, complete etc. and associated power and control cables, piping & valves with and without insulation, Strainers, Flow meters, earthing connector complete etc., as required and as per enclosed specifications with all related/associated equipments at locations as per the enclosed inventory of "Annexure-X" & "Annexure-Y" and as installed covering the scope of activities given in special conditions of contract and technical specifications, attending faults and free supply, replacement of defective components of same rating and make, ensuring serviceability/satisfactory working condition of the systems, i/c attending preventive & breakdown maintenance, record maintenance, documentation, complete etc. as required and as specified.

iii) 40 mm dia Ball valve with 3 ft 40mm pipe

iv) Supply and fixing of two way valve for water pipe line dia 80mm

k) Supply and fixing Of Butterfly Valves (PN-16 ) as per following size

The execution of Delhi Schedule of Rates (E&M) 2018 of estimated amount of Rs 5,00,000.00 Items mentioned in Chapter 1 to Chapter 17 including Appendix-I & II as when required basis for repair/maintenance/ addition / alteration etc. [Quoting in the Rate 10% below the Estimated amount of Rs 5,00,000.00 means amount will be Rs. 4,50,000/-. Similarly Quoting in the Rate 10% above the Estimated amount of Rs 5,00,000.00 means amount will be Rs.5,50,000/-] (Note: Payment of DSR rate will be made after deduction of GST considered in the Rate of DSR-2018)
