Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store of 15 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of tubes, medium grade, 15mm bore, galvanised, with all fittings and fixed complete to wall and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing of old steel tubing and connections in new or old position (wall, ceiling, floors, etc) of 15 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The serviceable GI tubing obtained from taking down shall be reused.

Refixing old steel tubing and connections in new or old position (walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The serviceable GI tubing obtained from taking down shall be reused.

Dismantling water tank exc 500 & n.exc 1000 ltr capacity including ball valve and removing to store complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exceeding 500 ltrs and n.exc 1000 ltrs setting a side (or lowering if required for repairs, cleaning etc reconnecting and refixing in same position after completion of roof treatment complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 500 ltrs capacity rotational moulded polythelene water storage double layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in positions including necessary fittings all specified in SSR Part I complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 1000 ltrs capacity rotational moulded polythelene water storage double layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in positions including necessary fittings all specified in SSR Part I complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 20 mm dia PVC ball cock (PVC float valves) complete high pressure with epoxy coated aluminum rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed as required to use reducer and check nut complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 20mm bore gun metal globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing roof treatment (water proofing membrane etc) including screed bed complete from roof surfaces including parapets and lowering and removing the same to a distance exc. 50 m and n. exc. 100 m including roughening of old concrete surface of roof by wire brushing and cleaning the surface to remove all loose dust, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cutting out cracks to 'V' section (shape) in existing roof slab / terrace and cleaning out and filling solidly with cement mortar (1:1) complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick screed bed on roof slab concrete surfaces, in cement and sand mortar 1:4 using water liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions (WPC shall be measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and applying single component acrylic polymer modified, fibre reinforced waterproof coating in 4 coats of application (a) applying primer coat with Primer @ 0.3 kg /sqm (b) Over priming coat applying as specified below or manufacturer instructions with fibre reinforcement a width of approx 1m @ 0.75kg/sqm on the flat or vertical surfaces over parapet wall and ensure that there are no bubbles of creases. Overlapping of the fibre is a minimum of 50mm and allow this coat to dry for a period of 2-6 hrs depending on the atmospheric condition. (c) Applying second coat of roof guard @0.75Kg/sqm (d) Applying final coat of primer @ 0.08kg/sqm after 2nd coat has dried properly. Note : Water Proofing treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicator approved by the manufacturer.

Taking down cement plaster on brick work of any description including racking out joints and cleaning dust etc including removing rubbish material complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surface finished even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying average 15mm thick plaster in two coats (10mm+5mm) with ready mix pre-packed proportioned dry mix mortar, blended with PP fibres, mixed with liquid water proofing compound on top layer on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces additives on external surfaces finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement including transporting of material, mixing, curing, scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Liquid water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound conforming to relevant IS complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces in ceiling, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceilings and applying three coats of white wash including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electrical fittings, wiring etc of drops and splashes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for waterproof cement based putty of one coat and sand papering surfaces to achieve smooth surfaces over new plastered surface on wall / ceiling / chajjas after preparation of surface and applying two coats of distemper acrylic emulsion of approved tint over a coat of alkaline resistant primer with roller including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electrical fittings, wiring etc of drops and splashes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces on wall / ceiling / chajjas and applying two or more coats of 10-0% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 Ltre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm over new/old surfaces as per the manufacturer instruction and all coats including primer to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with flow speed of minimum 1 Ltr per minute having pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in subsequent coats of paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L brickwork with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 by using old size bricks complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC type C-1, 1:3:6 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets, bed block, copings, filling concrete, gaps in between glazed & fly proof steel window, cills, railing up to 60 cm in height, in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, padding to roof etc including necessary form work as required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls, chajja, facia, roof projection etc by washing, rubbing down and stopping and applying one coat of exterior emulsion paint 100% acrylic, white or tinted on old painted surfaces of walls including cleaning glass, joinery electrical fittings, wiring etc of drops and splashes complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of surfaces of walls by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and distempering walls by applying one coat of acrylic based distemper emulsion of any tint/shade with roller including wall putty / white cement wherever required to fill the wall cracks/holes complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixed steel tubular work in hollow tubular / square / rectangle section as in roof trusses, (framed), trussed purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces , cleats etc. conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of corrugated AC/ steel sheets in roof coverings including ridges, removing of unserviceable material from work site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixed Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixed pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in as in ridges, valley, eaves, etc with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint (1st quality) over one coat of red oxide Zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down PVC/AC pipe of any dia & any description including all fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 110 mm dia PVC SWR pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to wall or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 75 mm dia PVC SWR pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to wall or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 110mm dia PVC SWR bends of any radius with out access door complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for preparation of old treated surface of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke root, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of colour wash on old decorated surfaces of wall including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electrical fittings, wiring etc of drops and splashes complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old treated surface of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke root, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash on old decorated surfaces of wall including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electrical fittings, wiring etc of drops and splashes complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old treated steel surface of any description exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enameled paint including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electrical fittings, wiring etc of drops and splashes complete all as specified and as directed.
