Providing Mechanized House Keeping Services to Corporate Office, BESCOM, K.R. Circle, Bengaluru

The Agency/Bidder should have provided Mechanized House Keeping Service in at least Two reputed Organizations (State/Central Govt./ PSU/Electrical Distribution Companies / Transmission Company) and Private limited company Provided 39 Nos of house keepers for a minimum continuous period of any Two year in last 5 (five) financial years . i.e., FY 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities (cash at bank + term Deposits + Available credit facilities) of not less than 25% of the amount put to tender i,e Rs. 87.70 Lakhs

The Annual Turnover shall not be less than the amount put to tender i.e Rs. 350.77 Lakhs in any two years of the previous five financial years (i.e. F/Y 2021-22 to 2025-26). (Note: The turnover amount will be updated to the FY 2026-27 in which the tenders are invited. The Financial turnover of previous years will be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the FY 2026-27 in which the tenders are invited).

The bidder shall be Registered under the Ministry of Labour & Employment Registration certificate of Establishment issued from department of Labour, Government of Karnataka as per Labour Act i,e Form C. Note: Nature of business should be House keeping. ESI Certificate with number & Date should be in the name of the bidder/Agency. EPF Certificate with number & Date should be in the name of the bidder/Agency

The Bidder has paid the ESI and EPF payments without fail Documents for the Past 2 years (2024-25 and 2025-26) ESI and EPF of monthly filing Challans and paid Receipts of employees engaged by agency as per tender document

The bidder shall comply with Quality Management System shall upload Original scanned certificate of ISO 9001:2015 and latest amendments as per tender document

The bidder shall comply Social Accountability System) shall upload Original scanned certificate of SA 8000:2014 certificate and latest amendments as per tender document

The bidder shall comply Occupational Health and Safety Management System shall upload Original scanned certificate of ISO 45001:2018 and latest amendments as per tender document

The bidder shall follow the Employees Rules and Regulation prescribed by the State Government and also not have been involved in violations and paying penalty as per the orders of the Labour Court/ Commission Self-declaration shall be uploaded

Self-declaration stating that.Not made any misleading or false representations in the forms, statements and attachments submitted in proof of the qualification requirements.Not made any Record of poor performance such as abandoning the works, not properly completing the contract, inordinate delays in completion or financial failures etc. Not participated in the previous Tender for the same work and had quoted unreasonably high tender prices and could not furnish rational justification. No Litigation History or arbitration arising out of contracts completed or under execution by it over the preceding five years. Not having been Black Listed or Defaulted or Short closed due to non-performance in execution of service against the order placed by any DISCOMs / Public sector undertakings (PSUs) / Govt departments as on date of bid submission

Any Bidder from a country, which shares a land with India, will be eligible to bid in this tender only if the Bidder is registered with the Competent Authority

Any other document as per tender document
