Demolition of Reinforced Concrete of roofs, floors(other than ground floors ) beams, staircases . Landing chajjas and similar suspended work (upto 2nd floor) complete all as specfied and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced)(upto 2nd floor), chajja ,and paving n.exc 15cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for reinforcement cement concrete B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) Nominal mix for Slabs supported on walls,beams and lintle in floors,roofs, landings, balconies,canopies, deck slabs and the like,( upto 2nd floor )complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforcement cement concrete B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) Nominal mix for chajjas supported on walls,beams ,(Upto 2nd Floor) complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs on flat ,such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings & similar work; not exc. 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) Rough finished surfaces of concrete flat height (upto 2nd floor) complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide height (upto 2nd floor) complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of Formwork to staircases with sloping or stepped soffits including risers and stringers (Upto 2nd floor) Complete all as specified and directed

M & L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to TMT bars complete all as specified and directed.

As per item No. 08 above but 6mm to 8mm dia

M&L for providing PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerb or mud stops rounded or chamfered on edges all as specified and diredted.

Taking down cement plaster including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of concrete surfaces as in ceiling complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and two coats cement base paint over a coat of primer on walls complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and two coats of Oil Bound distemper over a coat of primer on walls complete all as specified annd directed..

M&L for three coats of white wash on walls after preparation of newly plastered surfaces on Ceiling complete.

M&L for 50 mm thick guniting in patches on to the required area on RCC/PCC columns, beams, stairs, lintels, retaining walls, sunshades, roofing slab etc. of all sizes and shapes at all heights from existing ground floor and all locations with cement and mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 sand) under 2 to 2.8 Kg/Cm2 pressure after removing the damaged loose spalt concrete portions by chipping, removal of dust and applying one coat of rust convertor/kp-100 equivalent grade over reinforcement wherever necessary providing and tying in position 25mm x 25mm x12 gauge dia wire MS welded mesh or smaller size over treated surface ready to receive grouts, curing for 10 days etc,loose spalt concrete portions by chipping, removal of dust over treated surface ready to receive grouts including 5mm to 10mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 to match existing surfaces and finished even and smooth including curing for 10 days etc, complete operation all as directed , including two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer ,including labour charges hire for all tools and plant machineries cost of consumables, scaffolding all types of protective equipments, plant floors, pipelines, vessels, materials etc. so as to do guniting in plant, removing the debris out of MOD land in low lying areas and leveling as directed, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note (i) After placing the additional reinforcement all concrete surfaces shall be thoroughly scrubbed with brushes, washed with water and alloy to dry. To this surface apply chemistic polycrete admixture at the rate not less than 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacture’s instructions. (ii) When polymix coating is in tackey condition guniting is done with polycrete admixture at the rate not less than 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instruction. Polycrete admixture shall be procured from Chemical Adhesive Pvt Ltd Co or their authorized dealer. (iii) Cost of the above aspects shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the respective item and nothing extra shall be paid on any account. (iv) Work shall be carried out up to 4th storey Bldg

All as per item No 18 here-in-before but 30 mm thick

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75 mm wide and 65 mm deep for inserting membrane and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and directed.

Repairing the edges of concrete chajjas, facias, columns & the like by providing PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 including all necessary form work and/ or provision of rendering 15mm thick (average thickness) in cement mortar (1:3) with chiken wire mesh, after applying a coat of cement slurry @ 3kg/sqm of surface finished even and fair, surface area not exceeding 1.00 Mtr wide, in patches including two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer including taking down swoolen/damaged plaster or concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforcement cement concrete B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) for stair case ,including steps thread and raiser, ( upto 2nd floor ) complete,all as specified and directed.
