Construction of V-Shape PCC drain 0.474x0.35 metre having 10cm thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement : Three sand : Six graded stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimeter) nominal size), mechanically mixed based in foundation compacted by vibration and curing complete ensuring non segregation conforming as per section 2100 of HPPWD Specification including the cost of form work and having of material and machinery in all leads and lifts by all modes of transportation or as per direction of Engineer-in Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing laying and rolling of built up spray grout layer over prepared base consisting of a two layer composit construction of crushed coarse aggregates using motor grader for aggregates. Key stone chips spreader may be used with application of bituminous binder VG-10 (ten) after each layer, and with key aggregates placed on top of the second layer to serve as a base, conforming to the line, grades and cross-section specified, the compacted layer thickness being 75 mm (seventy five millimetre) as per Technical Specification Clause 505.1 or as per direction of Engineer-in Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals .

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm (Zero point two five to Zero point three zero kilogram per Squre metre) on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 or as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals .

Providing and laying 30mm (Thirty millimetre) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 (seventy five) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG10 (ten) / S-90 (ninety) @ 5.4 to 5.6 (five point four to five point six) percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects or as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals .

Providing and laying of hot thermo plastic road marking paint compound on bituminous surface 2.5mm (two point five millimeter) thick and 0.10 Mtr. (zero point ten meter) wide strip including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per square meter area, thickness of 2.5 mm (two point five millimeter) is exclusing of surface applied a glass beds as per IRC 32 as per MORTH specification clause 803 as per latest ammendments if any the finished surface to be level, inform and tree form streaks and holes including carriage of labours, equipments and merial to various location through all modes of transporation or as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals .
