Earth work in foundation for digging well in dry execavation from ground level upto the level where well curb in placed, including deposition spoils in 20 Mtrs. radius and filling space out side the well after completion in pick jumper work from NSL to 1.50 Mtrs depth complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfation of Engineer- in- charge up to leads and lifts.

Providing and Laying cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement:1.5 Sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Suspended floor roofs, landing, shelves and their supports balconies beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto two level all floor level complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfation of Engineer- in- charge up to leads and lifts.

Columns pillars posts struts upto floor two level complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfation of Engineer- in- charge up to leads and lifts.

In Vertical walls any thickness (but not less than 0.10mm thickness) including attached buttersses pillaster plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level complete in all respect complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and Laying No fine cement concrete 1:4 (1 Cement:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfation of Engineer- in- charge up to leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring,shuttering , strutting and proping etc. with battens and ballies height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling upto all height and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :-

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfation of Engineer- in- charge up to leads and lifts.

Flat surfaces such as soffits and suspended floors, roofs landing and the like floors etc upto 200mm in thickness complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfation of Engineer- in- charge up to leads and lifts.

Providing and laying Mild steel /Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level (tor steel) complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfation of Engineer- in- charge up to leads and lifts.

Providing and Laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement:2 sand:4 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts.

Providing 200mm wide cast iron rungs with chequered or ribbed non strips surface i/c fixing in man hole cover 200x200x100mm in cement mortar 1:3:6 (1 Cement:6 graded stone of aggregate 20mm nominal size) complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfation of Engineer- in- charge up to leads and lifts.

Boulder/Stone filling dry hand packed tightly complete under floor complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfation of Engineer- in- charge up to leads and lifts.

Steel work in single section i/c cutting,hoisting & fixing in position etc.in RS joists,Channels,angles & tees etc. complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfation of Engineer- in- charge up to leads and lifts.

Providing of Chain hoist (Chain pully) of 3.00 M. Tonne capacity confirming to IS 3832-1987 with grade 80 alloy sheet lead chain tested to 25% over load with 3 mtrs Chain lift operated within and down batrope on pannel with card of INDEF/Deep of equivelent specification ISI mark complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts.
