Job Contract for Housekeeping and Upkeep (Including pest Control) of Milkfed Head Office, SCO 153-155 Sector 34-A, Chandigarh.

Providing Housekeeping Services at Verka Head Office Building SCO 153-55, Sector 34-A, Chandigarh. (Including all the requisite material /equipments etc. & Pest control, complete as mentioned in detail in DNIT above.) Note:- The above quoted rates should be inclusive of all i.e material cost, housekeeping tools, wages of housekeeping staff, ESI & EPF contributions, GST and any other statutory levies/taxes etc. and Payment shall be made on monthly basis. However, if any minimum wages are increased by the concerned governing Authorities of U.T. Chandigarh after the date of allotment, the said increase shall also be paid as per the notification, from time to time, alongwith ESI, EPF and G.S.T contributions as applicable on the said minimum wages increase.
