CONSULTANCY FOR PREPARATION OF STRUCTURAL DESIGN INCLUDING STRUCTURAL DESIGN DRAWINGS.FOR FLYOVER PHASE 2 BELAGAVI

The Consultants Company (herein after referred to as the consultant) should be registered with companies/empanelled in Karnataka PWD as Category-I consultant and should have a minimum of 05 years of Experience as a Consultants Company conducting similar assignments. Certificate of Registration should be furnished.

Should have experience in Preparation of DPR and Structural Design of Bridge/flyover works costing minimum of Rs.78.47 Crores within previous five years.

The approach and methodology shall clearly define the Consultants approach to complete the assignment within the time frame and methodology adopted. Adequacy of the proposed work plan and methodology in responding to the terms of reference (TOR)

The Consultants Company should have and deploy the following key personnel / man power for the assignment. Bio data of individual key personnel signed by the individual member shall be furnished. (General Qualifications, Adequacy for the project, Experience in region & language of key personal should be furnished) as given in Tender Document. Team leader - 15 years experience - 1No., Senior Structural Engineer - 10 years experience - 1 No., Structural Engineer - 5 years experience - 1 No., Environmental Engineer - 5 years experience - 1 No., Geo-Tech Engineer - 5 years experience - 1 No., Quantity Surveyor - 5 years experience -1 No., Surveyor - 5 years experience - 1No., CAD Draughtsman - 2 years experience - 1 Nos. and Computer Operator - 2 years experience - 2 Nos.

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 and 2025-26 Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of Consultancy Services works only) of Rs.78.47 Lakhs

The EMD of Rs. 1,57,000.00 shall be paid in full through e payment or in two parts i.e. part (1) Rs. 50,000.00 by e -payment Part (2) Rs.1,07,000.00 EMD shall be in the form of Bank Guarantee and shall be scanned and uploaded along with the technical Bid. The original Bank Guarantee should be handed over to the Executive Engineer before the prescribed date and time of opening of the Bids.

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should furnish line of credit of Rs. 23.54 Lakhs
