HSS Chenani, including Preparation of Estimate for Demolishing of existing structure, Estimate for construction of new building as per site plan/contouring, soil investigation, fire fighting detail estimate, plumbing details, structural design, electrical circuit details, drawing and estimates of R/Wall and edge wall, and detail also includes submission for the provision of smart classes along with furniture, underground septic tank overhead tank and under sump tank detailed estimate and BOQ, soil investigation including geological investigation report for checking feasibility of identified land, vetting of Design from competent authority from IIT/NIT/DIQC or any other equivalent institution, including Accord of Technical sanction from concerned qtr, time to time supervision of projects during whole construction period.
