Disconnecting, dismantling,and taking out of unserviceable Analog type ampermeter from HT panel box and supply and fixing new three phase ampere meter digital type CT operated, of range (0-40 Amps), of size 96x96mm for HT 11 KV, including necessary control wire connection and necessary thimbles nut bolts etc testing complete all as directed.

Disconnecting, dismantling,and taking out of unserviceable Analog type voltmeter from HT panel box and supply and fixing new three phase voltmeter digital type PT operated, of range (0-15 KV), of size 96x96mm for HT 11 KV, including necessary control wire connection and necessary thimbles nut bolts etc and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting, dismantling,and taking out of unserviceable illuminated projecting push button assembly LED type from HT panel and supply and fixing new illuminated projecting push button assembly LED type including making connections with 2.5 Sqmm copper conductor single core PVC insulated cable and necessary thimbles nut bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting, dismantling,and taking out of unserviceable Indicator lamp assembly LED type from HT panel and supply and fixing new Indicator lamp assembly LED type including making connections with 2.5 Sqmm copper conductor single core PVC insulated cable and necessary thimbles nut bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out of unserviceable MCCB 160 Amp any type any description and Supply and fixing new MCCB Triple pole, 160 Amps 415 volts, 50 Hz having breaking capacity 36 KA , with fixed thermal and fixed magnetic setting and testing Complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting, dismantling,and taking out of unserviceable MCCB 250 A any type any description and Supply and fixing new MCCB Triple pole, 250 Amps 415 volts, 50 Hz having breaking capacity 35 KA , with fixed thermal and fixed magnetic setting and testing Complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting, dismantling,and taking out of unserviceable MCCB 100 Amp any type any description and Supply and fixed new MCCB Triple pole, 100 Amps 415 volts, 50 Hz having breaking capacity 25 KA, with fixed thermal and fixed magnetic setting and testing Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair HT 11 KV lightning arrester expulsion type complete with all fittings, 30 Kilo amp dscharge capacity distribution class complete set all as specified and as directed at site.

Disconnecting and taking down old LT panel and Supply, installation, testing and commissioning outdoor type cubicle panel board suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 v, 50 Hz and type tested at CPRI for 30 MVA rupturing capacity at 415 volts factory fabricated in an approved factory having modern fabrication and comprising of following :- ( mentioned in srl no. 11.01 here in below ) shall be made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet duly compartmentalized for each control gear, front and back openable double door system lockable/openable by keys from both sides, having louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air. ‘U’ type gasket shall be used to make the inner shell completely vermin proof and to accommodate incoming / outgoing MCCBs and TPN, bus bar of rating not less than the 1.5 times the rated capacity of the incomer MCCB, the TPN bus bar shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size ‘F’ class insulator made of non hygroscopic non combustible track resistant, high strength FRP/SMC/DMC material at an interval not less than 500mm through out the length of the TPN bus bar.

Notes for item no 11.00 The cubicle incomer MCCB as well as outgoing shall have TPN copper extension links of current carrying capacity not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders. The extension links shall be of suitable size supported on suitable size ‘F’ class insulators made of non hygroscopic, non combustible, track resistant, high strength FRP/SMC/DMC material having provision for termination of incomer and outgoing cables. All inter connections between the main bus bar as well as outgoing feeders shall be carried out with TPN aluminum bus bar of rating not less than 1.5 times rated capacity of individual outgoing feeders & should be insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeves. All control wires shall be with PVC insulated and sheathed 2.5sqmm multistranded copper conductors and shall be properly bunched, tied, ferruled for proper identification and crimped with adequate size of copper lugs. The cubical shall have a bottom channel of size 75x40mm duly coated with zinc metal coating having thickness not less than 100 microns. A detachable predrilled gland plate of thickness 2mm powder coated should be used at the bottom. The inner shell shall be powder coated Siemens grey structural RAL 7032 shade. The degree of protection for shell shall be IP-42, with following switchgears :-

Labour only for checking the serviceablity of the different spares/components/parts of security light/ Garden light/Pole light/ Security light on bldg/Post top lantern light fittings ( HPSV, metal halide,LED fittings , flood light fittings etc , any wattage/capacity) of any description and fixed in any position , replacement of unservicable/damaged/broken parts either in single or in combination, re-assembling the fittings and making the light fittings serviceable, fixing the fittings in position connecting to electric supply and its testing on installation complete all as specified and directed.

NOTES FOR SCH `A’ ITEM NO 12.00 :- (i) Replacement of parts i.e lamps, choke, Igniter, Condenser, Holder, covers etc for HPMV/HPSV/MH/Flood light fittings any wattage & capacity, if any required at site, shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A' as ‘supply only’ (i) Necessary T&P i.e. ladder, tools etc required for checking and making the light fittings in serviceable conditions, its fixing in position and testing shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost for checking and fixing of street light fittings/security light fittings of any description on poles / on walls / on pillars etc i.e. in any position at site.

Supply only porcelain holders screw type for single ended elliptical/tubular lamps of 70/100 watt HPSV/MH, 80/125 watt HPMV and 150 watt MH light fittings of any description dismantled/fixed under Sch `A` item No 12.00 here in above complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out existing light fitting of any description and in any position on walls including rusted brackets complete and Supply, fixing & testing 45 W LED street light fitting mounting type made out of one piece in pressure die-cast aluminium, alloy powder coated housing enclosed with glass cover in frame fitted luminaries complete with all accessories . Disconnecting and taking out existing light fitting of any description and in any position on walls including rusted brackets complete and Supply, fixing & testing 70 W LED Flood light fitting mounting type made out of one piece in pressure die-cast aluminium, alloy powder coated housing enclosed with glass cover in frame fitted luminaries complete with electronic driver and all accessories suitable for & including lamp 70 W with suitable No's of LEDs . The fitting shall IP 66 protection, duly prewired complete with and including connecting the fitting to bus bar box/Main switch with using 2.5 Sqmm two single core PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor cable complete all as specified and directed Cat Part No: FL70WLED757LTG of model JETA PRO 70 of Make- Havells or equivalent model of specified make as approved by AGE. Note : GI pipe bracket and clamps if required shall be measured and paid separately.

(mounting dia-50 mm) mounted on pole or gate suitable for 15/20 W of LEDs blub required at site all as specified and directed . (mounting dia-76 mm) mounted on pole or gate suitable for 50 W of LEDs blub required at site all as specified and directed . Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep in any type of soil including forming sides and bottom surface to required levels/slopes/gradients etc. complete all as specified and directed at site.

M&L for Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming the excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr distance and depositing as directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling with clean dry find sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches/ducts for cable protection complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for old size sub class `B` bricks, kiln burnt, as in cable protection laid flat with axis of brick perpendicular to the axis of the cable complete all as specified and directed .

Disconnecting and taking out old unserviceable GI pipe and Supplying, laying & jointing GI tubing, 40 mm bore, light grade as in sleeving etc laid in trenches / pole post etc. complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in replacement APFC relay/ Display unit LED type of 100 KVAR capacitor panel complete all as specified and as directed at site .

M&L for reparing of old out door LT Panels/feeder piller such as alingment of both doors , repair / replacement of locking arrangement, door hinges, welding at cracks , uprighting and fixing properly all as directed at site.

S&F in repalcement GI pipe bracket make of 40 mm bore light grade pipe made to shape of overall length of 1.2 mtr for fixing of street light fitting including MS clamps, nuts & bolts of required size complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in repair cable junction box (IP-66) weather proof outdoor type of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 170 mm with terminals suitable for entry of cable size 10 to 25 Sqmm including and fixing arrangement for 1 No. MCB SPN, 6 to 32 amps, 250 Volts with 'B' curve, fixed on pole with clamp including connecting complete. Make : Hensel or equivalent

M&L for transformer pressure gauge/ temprature gauge of 630 KVA ( Kirlosker) complete all as specified and directed at site.

Material & labour for top up of transformer oil as per manufacturer specification all as specified and as directed at site requirement.

Material & Labour for preparation of old painted surface of steel tubular pole (09 meter long) with one coat of aluminium paint complete including marking of strip of 20 cm each (Black and white) upto 1400 mm height with enameled paints with scrubbing of old paint on the existing pole including painting the existing brackets & clamp fixed on pole by silver paint and also put number in poles all as specified and directed.

M&L for servicing of Air circuit breaker (1000 Amp) by taking out rack, measuring insulation of all wires,power cables, measuring continuty by meter, and meggaring all cables, greasing mechanical parts, checking all insulators and checking all nuts /bolt. In ON/OFF position complete all as specified and directed at site. Note. All preventive measure before opening the rack should be strictly followed by the authrosied machanic in contractor supervision .

M&L for servicing of capacitor panel (4x25 KVAR) air blower, dusting all internal parts by machine, greasing where necessary, checking all parts , if some minor parts like nuts , bolts, washer, fuse, wire, if necessary should be replaced in the quated rate only, any other major parts if found unserviceable will be paid seprate and the fitting charges of that particular item will be quated under servicing item only. Note. All preventive measure before opening the rack should be strictly followed by the authrosied machanic in contractor supervision .

Supply and fix in repair TNC Switch gear to main VCB Panel after taking out the old one carefully and fix the new one as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make- AREVA

M&L for servicing of Vaccum circuit breaker by taking out rack, measuring insulation of all wires,power cables, measuring continuty by meter, and meggaring all cables, greasing mechanical parts, checking all insulators and checking all nuts /bolt. In ON/OFF position complete all as specified and directed at site. Note. All preventive measure before opening the rack should be strictly followed by the authrosied machanic in contractor supervision .

M&L for Spring rubber for 11 KVA VCB panel.

Note :-Tenderers may be noted that amount of credit will be deducted from the total amount arrived, at the time of Acceptance of contract.
