Charges for repairing of leakage in UPVC / HDPE pipe line with PVC coupler & solvent cement etc. including necessary earth excavation, backfilling of soil as required after laying of pipeline, in layers not exceeding 200 mm in depth including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc. complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-incharge. Excavation trenches of required width for pipes , cables, etc. in/c. excavation for sockets , dressing of sides where required , ramming of bottoms , depth upto 1500 mm in/c. getting out the excavated soil and backfilling of soil as required after laying of pipeline , in layer not exceeding 200 mm in depth in/c. cosolidating of surplus excavated soil with all required leads as per chapter -2 of CPWD specification and direction of the Er. -in -Charge. A) For UPVC pipe in new work. a. In all kinds of soil. i) For pipes not exceeding 90 mm dia

ii) For pipes exceeding 90 mm dia but not exceeding 300 mm dia.

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables etc. including exacavation for sockets, dressing of sides where required, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1000 mm (slope-1 in 200)including getting out the excavated soil and backfilling of soil as required after laying of pipeline, in layers not exceeding 200 mm in depth including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil with all required leads as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge. Providing, fixing and laying rigid UPVC pipes conforming to IS : 4985 jointing with couplers, of same class conforming to IS : 10124 ( Pt-II ) with solvent cement conforming to IS : 14182 including testing of joints complete ( but excluding the cost of specials like bend, tees etc. which will be paid separately ) as per CPWD specification and direction of the Engineer - in - charge. A) Class - 3 ( working pressure 6.0 kg / cm2) i) 90 mm dia OD

Providing and laying of flexible PVC pipe ( conforming to IS:763) complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge. ( cost of Earth work and fittings will be paid separately ) i) 15mm dia

Clearing of deposited iron in side of laying PVC pipe line in different dia (90/110/140 mm dia) in/c excavating trenching for 100 mtr lead pipe line of required width and depth after 20 mtr distance and 3.00 mtr long in every 100 mtr clearing through UPVC coil pipe and laying the same with necessary couplers and solvent cement etc. ( solvent cement and coupler etc. will be issued by the dept. at free of cost).

Clearing of deposited iron in side of laying CI pipe line in different dia (80/100/125/150 mm dia) and dismantaling old CI pipe in/c trenching , refilling etc. for 100 mtr lead pipe line of required width and depth cutting earth in 25 mtr distance and 12.00 mtr long in each i.e. 36 mtr trenches cutting for every 100 mtr pipe iron through UPVC coil pipe after clearing , washing, laying the same with rubber gasket , pipe lead joints as per direction of Engineer - in - charge ( pig lead will be issued by the dept. at free of cost and rubber gasket and T & P arrange by the agency).

Providing, fixing and laying fabricated UPVC bend of required degree conforming to IS : 10124 ( part 8 / 9 / 10 / 11 / 12 / 13 ) with solvent cement conforming to IS : 14182 including testing of joints complete as per chapter 20 of CPWD specification and direction of the Engineer - in - charge. i) 90 mm dia
