Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plain exceeding 6 metre mean radius in cement mortar (1:6) including demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including demolition of old brick/stone masonry built in cement mortar of any description including all quoins, archs, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work (except bricks) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in CM 1:6 (old size brick) including demolition of old brick masonry built in cement mortar of any description including all quoins, archs, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class-"B" Bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM (1:4) including demolition of old brick masonry built in cement mortar of any description including all quoins, archs, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc of any thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on surface of any description of brick or concrete and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rough cast plaster with and including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on brick wall or concrete surface as specified in clause 14.22 of SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed. Note:-(i) After applying the under coat of cement and sand mortar 1:3 not less than 10 mm thick and while it is still in plastic state the roughcast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate (which is generally of size between 6 to 12 mm depending on the texture required) mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of 1: 1: 1 shall be applied and finished even. (ii) The mix of cement and sand shall be made slightly wetter than normal for rendering to ensure that larger aggregates are thoroughly covered

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash on wall, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling, mass concrete, sub base or leveling course of floor etc. including demolition of existing old cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above) ground level complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement with & including 10mm wide, 30mm deep joints at the rate of 3.00 mt centre to centre and at every turning & filling the joints with bitumen & sand mixture including demolition of existing old cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above) ground level complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for providing the concrete in alternate bays not exceeding 3 Mtrs length,10 mm wide. (ii) 30 mm deep joints between the bays shall be provided which shall be filled with mastic filling with hot bitumen 85/25 grade and 1:2 mix volume.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as roof kerbs or mud stops and the like, rounded or chamfered on edges complete including demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded curshed stone aggregate) as in floor/sub-base/hard standing etc finished even and fair including demolition of existing old cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above) ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 40mm thick PCC type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in floors with glass strip and finishing the concrete surface even and smooth using extra cement including demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - Glass dividing strip shall be measured and paid separetely as "Supply only" under respective item of BOQ.

Supply only glass dividing strips 3mm thick and 38mm wide inserted in position and confirm to design complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified & as directed

Material and labour for broken stone hard core of gauge n.exc 63mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, watered and levelled in layer n.exc 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for heavy duty tiles (coloured), good grip series, size 300 mm x 300 mm x 10 mm thick, pattern as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry, laid over and including 20 mm thick (average thickness) cement mortor (1:4) bed, including dismantling of floor or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and removing the rubbish outside the defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing & fixing precast cement concrete louvers and jallies or louvers, 40mm thick (measured solid) 1:2:4 Type B-0 (using 12.5 mm thick graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate), set in cement mortar 1:4 including all mouldings including dismantling existing jallies etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for precast RCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in manhole covers, including necessary form work etc, set and jointed in CM 1:4 complete including demolition of existing RCC work etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this BOQ)

Cleaning of brick/cement concrete open drains of any type and size exceeding and removing sludge to 50mtr distance complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out sludge including blockage and cleaning of the manhole of any size, description, depth not exceeding 1.50 metre each and collection the sludge in closed container and cleaning the man holes with fresh water and reopenning of manholes all as specified and directed. (Note :- Sludge be lifted and taken to out sides of MoD land as directed by Engr-in-Charge and be inclusive of transport).

Removing blockage of WCs ,traps(Por S-trap/floor trap, nahani trap/gully trap etc) inside the buildings at any floor including cleaning and flushing the pipe upto first manhole as per complaint received day to day complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Contractor or his repressentative on daily routine basis note the details the complaints from office of the Engineer-in-charge for attending the same and shall report thereafter completion of complaints.

Material and labour for 2mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent plane sheeting with coach screw and washer as in wall cladding etc complete including taking down existing sheets any pattern complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for routine maintenance of rolling shutter area of shutter not exceeding 10.00 sqm each(Max ht. 3.50 M) :- (a) Taking down hood covers for carrying out routine maintenance and refixing the same. (b) Dismantling the MS and CI works of any description such as sheets, shafts, cost iron wheels, lath etc and taking down helical springs, rollers and other accessories etc. (c) Refixing the serviceable accessories such as shafts, helical springs, rollers lath sheets, cast iron wheels etc. (d) Cleaning, oiling, greasing etc complete of all movable parts all as required at site. (e) Gear box and helical spring shall be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling of structural steel work as in doors, gates purlin and posts etc including cleats & plate but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing factory made Precast Cement Concrete kerb stone, 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and set in CM 1:4 including necessary excavation and earth work, removal etc complete including demolition/dismantling of cement concrete/conctrete blocks/kerb stones etc of any description in ground floors etc complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : - (i) The minimum size of Kerb stone shall be 300mmx300mmx10mm and shall be embedded in the ground average 10cm deep. (ii) The quoted rates includes embedding kerb stone and temping ground around kerb stone and removal of surplus soil, etc.

Material and labour for 18 to 20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in 15mm thick cement mortar (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry @ 3 Kg/Sqm, and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including rounding, moulding and polishing etc including dismantling of existing stone /tiles etc including cement mortar bedding and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE:- Amount of credit of Rs. 79,562.50 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit Page No 19 of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
