Group Personal Term Life Insurance Policy for DMRC Employees, who have availed Home Loan (House Building Advance) Sum insured value will be different for each employee, as per outstanding amount against them, who have availed home loan. Sum insured value is mentioned against each employee number as mention in Annexure A in Employer's Requirement. Maximum sum insured value would be the sum of outstanding principal and interest amount of Home Loan. New employees may join during the term of the policy to cover Death. All types of deaths are to be covered.
