Maintenance of the following Split/Multi split/ Window AC units with the following services. a) Monthly Inspection and Servicing all the units. b) Attending to the units when called upon. c) Supply and replacement of compressor with a new one as and when found necessary. (Excluding Compressor cost) d) Gas and oil charging whenever found necessary. e) Replacement of pipelines and insulation as and when found necessary. f) Repairs to the chamber blower and fan motors including replacement of bearings, bushes, capacitors excluding of compresser and rewinding of motors as and when found necessary. g) Repairs and overhauling of the components in your service station or at site including replacement of wornout and damaged spare parts when found necessary. h) Cleaning of filter.

Providing 2 runs of Copper tubes for suction and liquid between indoor and outdoor unit for split/Casseete Air- Conditioner including foaming etc., complete. Make:Copper:Totaline /Nippon / Mandev. Nitrile Insulation: Kflex/ Totaline /Armaflex

Annual Maintenance of water coolers with the following services. a) Monthly Inspection and Service. b) Attending the water cooler when called upon. c) Gas charging whenever found necessary. d) Replacement of copper pipelines and insulation as and when found necessary. e) Repairs to condencer fan motor and bushes replacement found necessary. f) Thermostat and fan motor, running capacitor, float valve, fan blade and taps when ever found necessary replaced. g) Replacement of condencer coil and evaporator pipes. h) Tinkering and enamel spray paint work. i) Compressor replacement and gas charging. j) Replacement of over load protector(OLP) and relay for water cooler.

The above materials if any required during annual amintinance period necessary spare parts replacement will done of free of cost.

Water cooler 100 ltrs/150 ltrs.

1) Water cooler will be handed over to the contractor in working condition in commencement of agreement period. 2) Contractor handed over to the department after completion of annual maintinance contract period water cooler in working condition. 3) The old/burned replacement spare parts( Compressor, Condencer, fan motor, Thermostat, Running capacitor, Float valves, Taps, Damaged copper pipe lines and condencer coil) need not be returned to the department and rate may be quoted duly considered.

AMC of Water dispensers

Maintenance and servicing and replacement of spares to the water dispensers.

Scope of work: 1. lnspecting the water dispensers unit and carrying out preventive maintenance as per standard practice in each visit. 2. Checking the system for leaks and then rectify the leaks if any. 3. Checking the refrigeration control system for operation and adjusting the settings if necessary. 4. The existing damaged spare parts should be replaced with new one and cost of spares with be paid separatety. 5. Payment will be made on after completion of work. 6. The service reports should be sent to the concerned Dy.EE(Elec.), Tirumala promptly.
