Comprehensive maint and servicing of the following AC Plants complete including repair / replacement of defective unserviceable parts during maint period, necessary periodical maint / checking of AC Plants as per manufacturers instructions :- (i) Microprocessor based chiller water plant 80 TR (Vajra) - 03 Nos (ii) Package type AC 11 TR (RAWS) - 03 Nos (iii) Package type AC 7.5 TR (NTR) - 03 Nos (iv) Package type AC 17.5 TR (Himagiri) - 03 Nos (v) Package type AC 8.75 TR (MSO) - 03 Nos (vi) Package AC Plant 17.5 TR (Sargam) - 03 Nos Note :- (a) The rate quoted shall deem to be included the following repairs works :- (i) Checking and calibration of Microprocessor controller as and when reqd. (ii) Charging of refrigerant gas. (iii) Charging of compressor oil.

(b) The rate quoted shall deem to be included General servicing of electrical and control panels and labour charge for replacement of motor starter, MCCB, MCBs, contactors, connectors, Ammeter, Voltmeter, Indicator lamp, Panel board rewiring with copper conductor of suitable size, and copper conductor for connection to motor from starter. (c) The rate quoted shall deem to be included General servicing of AC plants every month for smooth functioning of AC plant, cost of log books, maint register and other stationary. Record of checking shall be recorded in a register as per the instruction of Engr in Charge. (d) The rate quoted shall deem to be included Cleaning of cooling tower minimum once in two months/ whenever reqd as per condition of cooling tower for the smooth functioning of all AC plant. (e) Material required for replacement shall be measured and paid under relevant Schedule item No : 2 to 23 as 'supply only'

Supply only temperature sensor transducers for 80 TR AC plant.

Supply only pressure sensor transducers for 80 TR AC plant.

Supply only Expansion valve for chiller unit of central AC plant of Cap 80 TR.

Supply only condenser safety valve (self resetting type).

Supply only water pressure gauge, 100 MM dia, 0 to 100 psi. Make : Fiebig / Standard / IMP or equivalent

Supply only DOL starter suitable up to 5 HP capacity pump motor / AHU motor / cooling tower motor. Make : L&T / Siemens / C&S or equivalent

Supply only power contactor for star delta starter suitable for 15 to 20 HP compressor motor. Make : L&T/ Siemens / C&S or equivalent

Supply only overload Relay, 20 - 32 Amps, direct mounting type. Make : L&T/ ABB / Siemens or equivalent

Supply only electronic Star-Delta timer, 160 - 500V, 3 - 30 sec. Make : L&T/ ABB / Legrand or equivalent

Supply only MCB, TP, AC, 415 volt of 32 Amp capacity "K" curve, 10 KA breaking capacity. Make : Legrand / L&T / Schneider or equivalent

Supply only MCB, TP, AC, 415 volt of 63 Amp capacity "K" curve, 10 KA breaking capacity. Make : Legrand / L&T / Schneider or equivalent

Dismantling of compressor of central AC plant for overhauling complete with connected copper pipe line and loading unloading mechanism and pump down the existing refrigerant in separate cylinder, disconnecting of electric motor of compressor, refrigerant line, gauges pipe and carry out the general overhauling of compressor of capacity 80 TR. Make :- Voltas, Model : CWC DR 0800 MNT including replacement of springs, aluminium washer packings, lathe work, cleaning, changing of compressor oil, cleaning of suction filter, oil filter, replacing of minor defective parts complete and the following :- (i) Charging of Nitrogen gas in unit and complete system at 300 psi pressure and checking of any dropping of pressure / leakage up to 24 Hrs and rectification of leakage if any. (ii) Vaccumisation of complete system for 24 Hrs for dropping of vacuum pressure and rectification of leakage if any. (iii) Charging of complete system with R - 22 / 407 C gas for maintaining the system pressure up to HP - 175 psi and LP - 65 psi. (iv) Measure the inlet and outlet temperature of Chiller unit for performance. (v) Testing & commissioning of compressor after completion.

Note :- (a) Spares required for compressor shall be measured and paid under relevant Schedule item No : 25 to 32. (b) Any other items required for overhauling except described here - in - after shall be supplied by the contractor with out any extra cost to the deptt and the rates for the same shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Supply only piston, piston rings, oil rings and piston pins.

Supply only cylinder liner assembly.

Supply only connecting rod. And pins

Supply only bearings for big and small end of connecting rod. Make:- SKF / NTN / NSK or equivalent

Supply only crank shaft including both end bearings.

Supply only shaft seal assembly with `O' ring spring etc.

Supply only oil pump assembly.

Supply only suction and discharge valve reed assembly. Notes for item No 2 to 23 & 25 to 32 : The make/manufacturer for all spare parts/accessories of AC to be replaced shall be from the Original Equipment Manufacturer of AC as per site condition.

Material and labour for overhauling AHU of any capacity installed at INS Dronacharya including cleaning of cooling coils with diluted castic soda, cleaning filters, replace both end shaft bearing bolts, nuts and washers and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint to inside the AHU, greasing of AHU blower motor and testing for smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for overhauling of pump set up to 3 HP capacity including remetaling of shaft, replacing bush / bearing, gland packing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for overhauling of pump set 5 HP capacity including remetaling of shaft, replacing bush / bearing, gland packing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for descaling condensing unit without causing any damage incl application of necessary chemicals and rubbing with Nylon brush and replacement of gaskets suitable for capacity 80 TR capacity complete to the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for descaling condensing unit without causing any damage incl application of necessary chemicals and rubbing with Nylon brush and replacement of gaskets suitable for capacity 17.5 TR capacity complete to the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for descaling condensing unit without causing any damage incl application of necessary chemicals and rubbing with Nylon brush and replacement of gaskets suitable for capacity 7.5 to 11 TR capacity complete to the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down unserviceable motor of AHU / CT fan / Pump / Compressor up to 3 HP capacity, cutting out the existing burnt out fan motor winding, cleaning the motor slots, rewinding the motor with insulated copper winding wire of existing gauge, applying varnish to winding, baking / heating up the motor to achieve the proper insulation resistance and refixing after repair at its original position complete all as specified.

All as per Serial Item No 39 here-in-before but 5 HP capacity motor of AHU / CT fan / Pump / Compressor.

All as per Serial Item No 39 here-in-before but 7.5 HP capacity motor of AHU / CT fan / Pump / Compressor.

All as per Serial Item No 39 here-in-before but 20 HP capacity motor of AHU / CT fan / Pump / Compressor.

Supply and fix scroll type sealed compressor of 7.5 TR capacity, recharging of gas, pressure testing etc including taking down old unserviceable scroll type sealed compressor complete all as specified.Note :- Refrigerant gas will be measured and paid separately under relevant Schedule item No 18. Make:- Kirloskar / copeland / Emerson / GMC / Carrier or equivalent

All as per serial Item No 43 here-in-before but 8.75 TR capacity compressor. Make:- Kirloskar / copeland / Emerson / GMC / Carrier or equivalent

S&F in replacement of PVC Fills of size 150x300x600 mm, with fine quality incl clearing of old fills from site all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing plastic mesh heavy duty, mesh size 10 mm x 10mm for cooling tower with necessary securing arrangements and clearing of old mesh from site all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fabricate and fix AC Plant layout diagram, showing compressor/motor, condenser, liquid line, discharge/suction line, including all safety valves, cooling tower duly colour coded from LT Panel to AHU in 5 mm thick white Acrylic sheet of size not less than 150 cmx 100 cm of duly fixed on wall all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fabricate and fix AC Plant Technical data sheet in 5 mm thick white Acrylic sheet of size 100 cmx 60cm desired colour duly fixed on wall all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fabricate and fix Outdoor weather proof, Name index board of AC plant having size of 1.2 metre X0.6 metre X 5mm thick including writing letters on board as directed with 0.25 mm thick white rubber coated vinyl sheet or synthetic vinyl sheet printed with computer/scotch inject printing with without ink and laminated with average 15 mm thick high quality weather protected calendar film (coated/laminated and transparent/mat finish) pasted with chemical on and including polycarbonate PVC weather protected milky white/transparent sheet and finally thorough washed with liquid detergent soap complete board to be fixed on wall including cost of all materials used and all as specified and directed. Note: Letter sizes shall be taken approval of EIC before manufacturing any name boards.

Supply and fix in repair cooling tower fan, 4 bladed, 750 mm dia made out of aluminium and dynamically balanced. Make : Evaprov / GEM / Adva-tech / Jyothi cooling or equivalent

Supply and fix in repair cooling tower fan, 6 bladed, 1800 mm dia made out of aluminium and dynamically balanced. Make : Evaprov / GEM / Adva-tech / Jyothi cooling or equivalent.

Supply and fix in repair cooling tower sprinkler, 50 mm with branch pipe assembly. Make : Evaprov / GEM / Adva-tech / Jyothi cooling or equivalent

Supply and fix in repair cooling tower sprinkler, 150 mm with branch pipe assembly. Make : Evaprov / GEM / Adva-tech / Jyothi cooling or equivalent

M&L for overhauling of secondary refrigerant circulation system of 80 TR AC plant by removing of applied insulation at necessary joints/ junctions, removal of accumulated sludge/ rust by flushing out using high pressure pump and arresting all leakages by welding/ rethreading and application of insulation to the removed portion, removal testing by applying twice the working pressure complete as directed using all necessary accessories.
