PROVISION OF LIGHTENING ARRESTER IN UNIT SA MAG (BLDG NO P-315) OF 13 FD REGT AND PROVISION OF LIGHTENING PROTECTION SYSTEM AT 414 NETWORK SIG COY (41 NSR) AT BLDG NO 498 AT RAIWALA MIL STN UNDER AGE(I) RAIWALA.

Supply and fix single pointed air termination aluminium rod , 12 mm dia, 300mm long complete all as specifed.

Supply and fixing aluminium strip 25mm x 3 mm complete with saddles and fixing screws for fitting the strip all as specified and directed.

Supply and install GI strip 32 mm x 6 mm complete and buried in ground as ground conductor complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate 600x600x6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32X6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check-nuts, and washers of galvanised iron or steel besides welding at all joints as shown in drawings and including excavation and earth work, GI pipe light grade 15 mm bore for protection of GI wire from earth electrode to test point /machinery / equipment. supplying and laying charcoal dust comman salt PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone agregrate chamber and RCC cover 54 cm X 54cm x50 mm thick (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm stone agrigrtae ) reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 75mm C/C both ways with mild steel handle 12 mm dia, using round bar ,PGI funnel with wire mesh, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR part-1 including testing and taking out the old one complete all as specified and directed Note - Cost of GI wire and GI protection pipe up to a distance 7.5 M shall be included in quated rate of above Items.

M&L for Tubes 'light grade' galvanised with all fitting and fixed of size 40 mm dia bore all as directed. Note: one meter of pipe to be fixed with each pointer. The connection,arrangement of pipe and aluminium pointer by means of clamp, nuts & bolts, welding as required included in the quoted rate.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm aggregate) as fixing of pipe for air teriminator/ roof conductor on RCC roof etc including form work & finishing the surfaces even & smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (PCC Block size for each as 0.3X0.3X0.3m)

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr deep in loose / soft soil and getting out for under ground cable / erection of poles, stays etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated material n, exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level n, exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

M & L for Test point terminal block made of gun or phosphorus bronze size 75 x 75 x 25 mm, drilled and secrewed including 3 nos 8mm dia 25 mm long hex. Head screw complete all as directed complete.
