O and M of Giri Power House

Dismanling of damaged 2 inch inlet Pipeline and 3 inch outlet pipeline ( Total length-120 m approx.) , Gate Valves and damaged hoppers used for water cooling of 40 MVA 11/132kV Transformer No. 1 & 2 and supplying and laying of new Mild steel Seamless Pressure Pipe of 2" NB, 5mm wall thickness, Grade B (length-50 m) as inlet Pipeline & Mild steel Seamless Pressure Pipe 3" NB, 5mm wall thickness, Grade B (length-60 m) as outlet Pipeline, also Providing and fixing of cast iron Gate Valve (6 Nos) for pipeline size 2 inch NB and Cast iron Gate Valves (3 Nos) for pipeline size 3 inch NB including Tees, Bends, flanges with Nut & Bolts, bends by cutting, welding also including painting and fabrication of hopper of required design complete in all respect including labour charge and carriage charge as per the best satisfaction of Enigneer in charge.

Overhauling of 2 Nos of Cooler banks of Transformer No. 1 & 2 by removing the top cover then cleaning the blocked/choked copper tubes, removal of silt & sludge accumulated at the bottom of the coolers further inspection and repair of drain valves of cooler including the replacement of Gaskets at joints and flange and re-assembly of the complete cooler units of Transformer No. 1 & 2 as per the best satisfaction of Engineer In charge.

Repair & overhauling of cast iron gate valves having 320 mm OD, 200mm ID and 240 mm thickness by remetalling ,grinding , polishing and matching of metal gate seats with valve seats to ensure proper sealing .Repair/replacement of spindle ,neck ring , gland cup & gland nuts. Cleaning of outer surface and removing old paint, repainting with 1 coats of epoxy paint complete in all respects including transportation charges as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.
