OD75636/2025-2026: Lifting the 5-10 HP motor after disconnecting the wire connection, decoupling the pump, detaching from the base plate, starters, TP switches etc. using chain block, rope, chain etc. and placing them conveniently on the platform.

OD53001/2025-2026: Lifting the above 110 HP motor after disconnecting the wire connection, decoupling the pump, detaching from the base plate, starters, TP switches etc. using chain block, rope, chain etc. and placing them conveniently on the platform.

OD53008/2025-2026:Dismantling the above 110 HP motor into stator and rotor, cleaning the windings attending minor repairs, re taping the coils if necessary, varnishing the coils with best quality insulation varnish, cleaning and greasing the bearings with good quality grease, heating the windings, reassembling, including scrapping, cleaning and painting with enamel paint.

OD53000/2025-2026:Dismantling the above 110 HP pump of motor pump set taking out the impeller shaft assembly,detaching impeller shaft assembly,Reconditioning the worn out shaft by welding ,mettaling ,cutting,grinding ,and dynamically balancing etc. refitting the same in pump

OD53002/2025-2026: Lowering down and erecting 5-10 HP motor/vacuum motor pump set, starter and other electrical accessories,( Accessories when necessary ) and erecting the motor on the base plate coupling with pump, erecting the starter regulator TP switch etc in position giving connections checking correct alignment and trial run on full load

OD53003/2025-2026:Lowering down and erecting above 110 HP motor, starter and other electrical accessories,( Accessories when necessary ) and erecting the motor on the base plate coupling with pump, erecting the starter regulator TP switch etc in position giving connections checking correct alignment and trial run on full load

OD53007/2025-2026:Fully Comprehensive Annual Maintenance contract of 5-15 HP Vacuum motor pump set , D.O.L starter ,controlling electrical accessories , etc including attending all repairs , reconditioning the damaged parts , replacing spares with original make as per sample , dismantling and refitting , removing foreign bodies , renewal of gland packing , gasket packing , rubber packing , greasing the bearing etc as and when required including overhauling of pump, maintenance of the motor pump sets , pipes , starter and valves electrical accessories etc complete in good working condition(excluding motor rewinding, works arrived due to natural and man made disaster like flood, landslide etc)all time during the period of contract and the faults should be rectified with in the time allowed

OD75626/2025-2026:Fully Comprehensive Annual Maintenance contract of above110 HP squirrel cage induction motor with split case / End suction pump set controlling electrical accessories , panel board ,etc, including attending all repairs ,overhauling & replacing of damaged coupling bush, carbon brush and coupling bolts, refilling of oil, reconditioning the damaged parts , replacing spares with original make as per sample, removing foreign bodies , renewal of gland packing , gasket packing , rubber packing , greasing the bearing etc as and when required including overhauling and maintenance of pump and motor through out the year as required( excluding motor rewinding, works arrived due to natural and man made disaster like flood, landslide etc and STARTER AMC ) and maintain the motor pump sets , electrical accessories etc complete in good working condition all time during the period of contract and the faults should be rectified with in the time allowed.

Rewinding

OD69402/2025-2026:Conveyance charge of 20 - 120 HP motor / pump / panel board / starter board etc by Tata acefrom pump house to workshop and bring back to pump house

OD69403/2025-2026:Charges for rewinding the burnt rotor/stator - separate motor in to stator and rotor, dismantling the damaged rotor/stator winding from the rotor/stator slots, cleaning the slots neatly, insulating the slots with correct class of insulating paper, winding the rotor/stator with good quality correct gauge of super enamelled copper winding wires, closing the rotor/stator slots with fibre wedges, putting proper inter layer insulation, connecting the coil end connection, providing new stator/rotor lead wire, steel binding the overhang with proper insulation at both ends, heating the coils and varnishing with good quality insulation varnish, keep it for drying, reassembling and test running.

OD260381/2025-2026:Replacing old bearing and supply new bearing no 6312 SKF/FAG or equivalent

OD267684/2025-2026:Replacing old bearing and supply new bearing bearing no NU314 SKF/FAG OR equivalent
