Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floor and paving n exc. 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No.4 here- in before but except blocks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Extra for forming 30 cm inner girth fair finished drains or channels using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028 of SSR Pt II, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1 :4 on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces and finished the surfaces even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L walling of random rubble masonry un coursed well bonded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

All as per Srl item No.10 here in before but except stones

S/F 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed fixed in walls and floors or trenches etc. or as in weep holes of retaining wall complete all as specified.

M&L providing PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bonders (for stone walling) set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L hand packing broken stone or boulders (any thickness) at back of walls over arches and raising (or lowering) to the required level complete all as specified

M&L extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses complete all as specified with max depression on face 40 mm for lime/sand stone

Raking out joints/ pointing in walls for random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses masonary built in Cement or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cement mortar 1:4 raised pointing to randam or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought upto courses complete all as specified.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping/benching including form work complete all as specified.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in sub base finished rough surfaces to receive top finishing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in top flooring surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 60mm thick, M-30 Grade Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size casted in plastic moulds and compacted on vibratory table confirming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 75 mm thick cement concrete in 1:3:6 type C-1,(using 20 mm graded aggregate) finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement as in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Prepolished chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmx30cmx25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed and in need cement slurry in floor with grey cement and pigment and including over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
