FOR HIGH LIFT. Upkeepment of 5 Nos. High Lift Pumping machinery, 2 Nos. Back wash pumping machinery ,dewatering pump Manual/Actuator operated Valves, Control Panels ,ventilation arrangement etc. complete with Switching ON/OFF of the outdoor and indoor lighting complete with other accessories and ancillaries for 24 hours a day and sweeping of the Pump House complex along with its equipments of daily basis by engaging skilled, semi skilled, unskilled personnel including watch & word personnel.

Periodical inspection, 2 times in a month (5 days in each visit) by Electrical Supervisor having valid Supervisor’ certificate of competency from Directorate of Electricity ( Licensing Board), Govt. of West Bengal or under any other State Govt. of India along with Pump Technician/Supervisor. Each visit should be recorded in the Log Book ( with date and time) to be supplied by the Agency and kept in respective station. The Supervisor requires to have through/ in-depth inspection of all the electrical appliances to ascertain the healthy/fault free operational condition of each equipment i.e. pumps, motors, valves with actuators, gauges, lightings, ventilation arrangement, LT Panel Boards, Cables. Capacitors, alongwith in-house lighting system. All other necessary requirement to execute the maintenance work along with Log book, mobile, cotton Waste, Broom, Torch, Detergents, Liquid soaps, Gloves, Apron, Tools-Tackles, Terminals, Sockets, Fuses, , Gland Packing to be supplied by the Agency as & when required.

Cleaning of contacts by CRC-226 spray In panel board ,cleaning of all terminal sockets, coil etc. ones in a month in presence of Electrical supervisor/Electrician and to be recorded in the Log Book with Date .

Calibration of all meters Viz. ammeter ,voltmeter,Multifunction meter ,Kilowatt meter etc. ,test of all relays by the external agency carrying out such works and submission of the test report to Department in each case.

FOR GASEOUS CHLORINATION. Operation and maintenance of the entire Gaseous Chlorination Plant under Supervision of Gas Plant supervisor round the clock by engaging skilled and unskilled personnel per shift along with supply of sundry. The cost includes the visit charges of gas plant supervisor for each visit in every 15 days in a month along with expert technician for servicing.

FOR SCADA Engagement of Operator for operation of SCADA at control room for 24hrs. Operation ( 3 nos operators) ( one no. operator for each shift)

Maintanance and secvicing of computer system i.e. monitor ,cpu, key board, mouse, printer and local area network with in the SCADA controm room all with or without parts as the case may be.
