Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of step down Trolley mounted transformer out door type complete with standard fittings and accessories, HT 11 KV 3 Phase, LT 433 Volt, 3 Phase 4 wire with off load tap changer on primary side to carry secondary voltage + 5% to -10% with tappings at every 2.5 % all as per IS 1180 Part-I (2014, With Latest Amendment) for Transformer manufacturing and all as per IS 2026 for Transformer Testing, Energy Efficiency Level – 2 of capacity 630 KVA, copper wound, oil cooling with fins vector group : DYn 11, including initial oil filling complete all as specified including the following accessories :- (a) Three Nos porcelain bushing HT 11 KV with brass bushing rods, nuts, bolts & washers etc inside cable end box. (b) One cable box LV side consisting of 4 Nos porcelain with brass bushing rods complete with nuts and washers suitable for runs of 3.5 core LT UG cable. (c) Oil conservator with filler type drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) Dehydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent. (e) Explosion vents. (f) Thermometer pocket on tank cover. (g) One No 100mm dia, dial type thermometer vapour pressure type having range 0 to 120 degree centigrade. (h) Buchholz Relay. (j) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (k) Earthing arrangement. (l) Oil level gauge. (m) Oil drain filter valve. (n) Oil drain valve. (o) Lifting hook. (p) Oil conservator with filling hole and cap. (q) Air relief valve plug. (r) Four plate solid cast steel detachable rollers. (s) Earth bushing for neutral outside the cable box for providing independent earthing for neutral. (t) Necessary channel on foundation for fixing the transformer with joint and stopper. Note :- The transformer should be Star rating and energy conservation (Energy conservation Binary Corps) for which necessasry test certificate to be produced by contractor from manufacturer of the trasformer."

Supply, fabrication and fixing of Trolley made of MS steel and suitable angle and channel with four nos wheels and four nos screw jack for mounting of step down transformer of capacity 630 KVA, out door type with standard fittings and complete all as specified and directed including the following accessories :- (a) Trolly should be made of MS steel and should be provided with four wheels. (b) Chassis of suitable size should be fabricated with MS channel and the platform made of MS cheqered plate 6mm thick welded at the bottom. (c) Frame of trolly shall be of size 3858mm x 1939mm x 2400 mm (d) Wire mesh 10 SWG up to height 2000mm welded to side walls (e) Rear door shall be fixed by Hinges and locking arrangement (f) Axle (2 Nos double end) (g) Rim (4 Nos) 7.50 x 16 with tubeless tyres incl a spare Rim with tubeless tyre. (h) Suspension with spring leaf 04 Nos. (j) Weight 1760 Kg (Appx). (k) GI sheet Roofing. (l) Loading capacity shall be 5 ton (Appx) (m) Isolator fuses mountings on 63 x 63 x 4mm Box pipe 50x50x5mm Angle, 75 x 38 mm channel for transformer. (n) Screw jack - 04 Nos. (o) All the metal parts of trolley shall be painted with two coats of sky blue enamel paint over red oxide primer after preparation of new steel surface. (p) Danger notice board background red paint and letters white colour shall be provided on both side of the trolley. (q) Tyre Puncture kit - 02 Set Note :- (i) The quoted rate shall includes minor items such as lugs, nuts & bolts, washers, top insulators, sleeves, earth terminals etc. (ii) Trolley drawing shall be got approved before placing of order from Engr-in-Charge/GE. (ii) Trolly shall be measured and paid separetely.

Supply, installation and testing of LT Panel movable type of size (1.6mtr X1.5mtr X1.0mtr) , weather proof, outdoor type,degree of protection IP-56, having thickness of 3.15mm and inner shell made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet and MS angle size 50x50x6 mm mounted on frame, bottom legs 60 cm above ground level including wheel for move one place and other place including 01 No Axle double end and 02 Nos Rim suitable size with tubeless tyres, frame factory fabricated with front openable double door system and cable alloy (Each door hinged with body at 3 places with body and hinges should be welded with body and door) lockable/open able by Keys having chromium plated 19 mm dia fancy lock, “U” type gasket shall be used to make the outer shell completely vermin proof suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz, tested at factory approved from CPRI factory fabricated having modern fabrication and testing process followed by powder coat painting having thickness not less than 100 microns provided with suitable gasket to make it dust/vermin proof and general construction confirming to IS:61439/2011 Part-1 and part -2 type test certificate with switchgears with not less than IP-65 and breaking capacity 4000 Amps 4 Pole 65 KA comprising of the following :- (a) Copper busbar of capacity 1500 Amps - Set of four. (b) Incomming :- ACB , 1000 Amps, 4P, Microprocessor with int release, Elect fixed,MDO, 4P, 415V,50 KA - 01 No (c) MCCB , 630 Amps, 4P, 415V,36 KA adjustable type Microprocessor with int release - 01 No. (Outgoing ) (c) MCCB , 400 Amps, 4P, 415V,36 KA adjustable type Microprocessor with int release - 01 No (Outgoing )

(Outgoing ) (e) MCCB , 100 Amps, 4P, 415V,10 KA - 01 No. (Outgoing ) (f) RYB indication LED type, 22.5 mm dia, protected with MCB SP 2 Amp showing 3 phase supply -03 Nos (g) Multi function meter with KWH, voltage, Amp, frequency meter. Make AE/L&T/Havells (h) Misc items like screws, cable tie, copper cable 1.5/2.5 Sqmm, cabe lugs, sleeves, glands etc complete are included in quoted rates. Make of MCCBs :- Havells/Indoasian/Schneider/Siemens Note :- (i) The quoted rate shall include minor items such as lugs, nuts & bolts, washers, top insulators, sleeves, provision of extra holes in bus bar etc. (ii) All internal wiring shall be done with suitable size of PVC insulated solid copper conductor FRLS cable conforming to IS-694. (iii) Panel drawing shall be got approved before placing of order from Engr-in-Charge/GE. (iv) The bus connection for cable from main bus bar to outgoing MCCB will be connected through suitable rating bus bar strip type duly insulated. (v) Cable will be entered in panles through gland. (v) Cost of marking description and matter on the front door as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge is incl in quoted rate.

Supplying and laying of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 Volts grade, cross sectional area 120 Sqmm 3 core, suitable for 11 KV earthed system confirming to IS 7098 Part - 2 for insulation and for conductors Class 2 to IS 8130 - 84, in trenches, floors, ducts passing through pipe for road crossing etc., complete all as specified and directed.Note : Excavation, earth work, cable cover protection, sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured & paid for separately.

Supplying and laying XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, cross sectional area 400 Sqmm 3.5 core, suitable for 1.1 KV earthed system, in trenches, floors, ducts passing through pipe for road crossing etc, including connecting and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation, earth work, cable cover protection, sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured & paid for separately.

Supplying and laying in replacement of synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2.5 mm thick for voltage upto 11 kv for lectrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2 mtr x 1 mtr complete all as specified and diercted.

Material and labour for cable end termination jointing kit, HT 11 KV, earthed system (heat shrinkable), outdoor type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for HT XLPE cable of size 120 sqmm, 3 core, 11 KV grade, earthed system complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for outdoor termination, heat shrinkable joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 400 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.
