Outsourcing for operation of installations at Pump House No 05 with min one operator per shift (semi skilled), in three shifts per day of 8 hours each, for seven days in a week. The installation consists of following machineries for water supply including operation of all outgoing / incoming valves & pipe lines all as directed. (a) (a) Bore well with submersible of pumping set capacity 15 HP, 415 Volts 50 Hz, Make : KSB-01 No. (b) Booster pump of mono block/centrifugal type with electric motor of cap-15 HP 415 Volts. 50HZ - 02 Nos. (c) Liquid chlorine dozing machine - 01 No (d) Oxidation chamber with motor operated compressor -01 No (e) Oxidation chamber pre-filter, iron removal plant-01 No (f) DG set with electric control panel - 01 No. In addition to above, the operator shall be responsible for switching ON/OFF of the street lights/High mast lights within the 500M distance of installation. The switching ON/OFF timing provided by the Eng- in- charge. Note : (i) Rate quoted against item no 1.1 to 1.6 shall be inclusive of all taxes, cess, levies as applicable and GST (ii) Payent against each item (1.1 to 1.6) will be released only after submission of authentic document as proof of payment.

Outsourcing for Operation of Non clog sewage pump electrically driven with motor of capacity 10HP, 415 Volt, 50Hz Make: Kirloskar - 01 and non clog sewage pump electrically driven with motor of capacity 5 HP, 415 volt, 50 Hz Make : Kirloskar-01 No (for Sewage PH No 2), & Non clog sewage pump electrically driven with motor of capacity 15 HP 415 volt, 50 Hz Make : Kirloskar-02 Nos for (Sewage Pump No 4) in two shift per day for 8 hrs each shift for seven days in a week with min one operator (Semi skilled) per shift alongwith sewage pumps of under mentioned capacity working (Only One pump running at a time other remain standby) all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. In addition to above, the operator shall be responsible for switching ON/OFF of the street lights/High mast lights within the 500M distance of installation. Outsourcing for attending day to day maintenance of internal electric breakdown as light , fan, switches, sockets points etc. at SMQ ,OMQ and Tech area of AIR Force Stn in one shift for 08 hrs each for 06 days in a week with min three electrician ( skilled) and one helper (unskilled) per shifts comprising of checking, testing, taking out and replaceing of switches, sockets, light fittings, starter, choke, lamp holder, MCBs, isolator, DBs & damaged wiring etc. and making serviceable all as directed Note:- (i) Electric fittings/fixtures shall also be issued by the department for replacement of diffectives/ fittings free for fixing. (ii) Any type of complaints related to internal electrification shall be attended of againsted of this item (iii) Immediately on report of complaint, trade man and helper shall proceed to attend the complaints after attending the complaints,user completion report shall be submitted to JE concern. (iv) Old material retrived during requirment/rectifcation shall be deposted by the contractor in the store yard of AGE E/M as the old material shall be the Govt. Property. (v) Rate quoted against item no 4.1 to 4.6 shall be inclusive of all taxes, cess, levies as applicable and GST (vi) Payent against each item (4.1 to 4.6) will be released only after submission of authentic document as proof of payment.

One bottle of treated water (filtered water) and One bottle of untreated water (ground water) collected from different pump houses of GE (AF) Tezpur are forwarded herewith as sample for iron contents with standards of quality for drinking water at Defence Research Laboratory (DRL) Tezpur (Assam) and putup the certificate to Engineer-in-charge ones in a contract period complete all as specified and as directed .

Disconnections of electric connection of pumping Set, of cap 10 HP motor 3 phase 415 volts, lifting and removing motor form its existing foundation to the location (inside/outside of buildings) where directed by the Engr-in-charge. Dismantling the motor carefully, checking. Segregating serviceable and unserviceable parts, cleaning the serviceable parts thoroughly by approved method (Part like stator, rotor, terminal box, bearings, shaft, key etc) heating,drying and varnishing including replacement of burnt windiwng with super enameled copper wire of existing gauge and good quality of insulating materials including replacement of unservicealbe parts as required (New part shall be measured and paid saperately as supply only) re-assembling the motor installing to its existing foundation, commissioning, connected up and testing complete as directed .

Disconnecting pump from motor and suction, delivery, lifting and removing from its existing foundation to the location (inside/out side building) as directed by the Engr-in-Charge, dismantling carefully the pump completely checking and segregating serviceable and un-serviceable parts, cleaning/washing and servicing (including metal ling, machining facing) the serviceable part by approved method, replacing unservicealbe parts, (new parts required to be measured and paid saperatelly under relevent items) reassembling the pump completely installing to its existing foundation, commissioning, connecting up and testing complete for the pumps of cap 10000GPH AT a head of 100 feet. Lifting up the submersible motor and pump by disconnecting star delta connection from starter with the help of chain pulley and disconnection the GI colum pipe by opening nut and bolts and replacement of old rusted GI Column Pipe heavy grade of size 100 mm dia in pieces of 3.3 meter long, both ends flanged in the bore/open wells and joining the GI column pipe by providing 5mm thick rubber gasket, nuts and bolt and lowering down pump set with the help of chain pulley, connecting electrical star delta connection to starter, testing complete all as specified and directed.
