Earth work in excavation for structure in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rocks, hard rocks, chiseling / wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawing and MORD technical specification 2014 clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, and disposal of materials up to all leads and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material in layers not exceeding 150mm (one hundred fifty millimeters) compacted thickness including shoring and shuttering and pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) up to all depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering and carriage of machinery, material ,tools equipment safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and / or labour if required. Any loss to the public /private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of the Engineering-In-Charge.. The rate includes, octroi, Malkana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and Laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement Four sand Eight graded crushed stone aggregate) 40 mm(forty milimetre) nominal size mechnically mixed with cement content not less than 170 KG/cum (one hundred seventy Kilogram per cubic metre) and curing complete including the cost of form work for plain/cement concrete in open foundation as per drawing and MORD technical specfications 2014 clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203. The carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts,shoring and shuttering, curring complete including pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) up to all depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out dewatering and carriage of machinery ,material,tools equipment safety measures and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations / Sub Structure complete as per drawings and MORD technical specifications 2014 Clause 802, 803, 804, 805 806, 807 ,1202 & 1203 1204 Plain.Cement .Concrete Nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement : three sand : six graded crushed stone aggregate) 40 mm (Forty milimeter) nominal size with minimum cement contents should not be less than 250 kg (Two hundred fifty) koligram per cubic meter including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts, shoring and shuttering and curring complete including pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) up to all depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering and carriage of machinery, material ,tools equipment safety measures and other incidentals as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Back filling with granular material behind abutment wing wall and return wall , retaining wall excetra complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification 2014 Clause 1204.3.8 . including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and onther incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providng weepholes in brick masonary/stone masonry/plain reinforced concrete abutment wing wall, return wall, Retaining wall & Breast Wall excetra with 100mm (hundred millimetre ) dia PVC pipes extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1 (v): 20 (H) towards drawing face complete and other incidentals as per drawing and MORD technical specification 2014 clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Construction of embankment with approved material deposted at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per MORD technical specification 2014 clause 301.5 including carriage of materials , within all leads and lift and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits upto any leads and lifts, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per MORD Technical Specification 2014 Clause 301.5. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.
