M&L for prepararing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags/ compressed air to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming coat with VG-10 paving bitumen@5 Kg /10 Sqm,laying bituminous premix asphatic semidence concrete 40mm consolidated thickness using binder content as paving bitumen ( VG -30 grade ) @ 5.5 % by weight of total mix, laid by using mechanical paver, rolled and compacted with power roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

Repairs to potholes of depth not exe 30 mm , area not exe 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud,or water ,scoring sunken surface in roads,paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 Kg per 10 sqm, putting in premix as specified for thin bituminous carpet ( 2 cm thick ) well rammed and sealed with premixed sand seal coat (6.8 Kg of binder with 0.06 cum of sand) , again well rammed (including supply of premix binder and sand ) all as specified and as directed.

M& L for premix bituminous macadam using binder content as paving bitumen ( VG-30 grade )@ 4 % by weight of total mix, laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber ( consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for marking /painting lines,dashes,arrows,letters etc on roads ,pavements and the like any width and laying standard thickness of approximate 2 mm by using hot thermoplastic materials @ 6.5 Kg/ Sqm and glass beads @ 250 grams / Sqm including cleaning of all the surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F cat eyes as per manufacturers instructions or as directed by Engineer-in charge ,made of ABS plastic body size 90 mmx100mmx15 mm dynamically designed very high impact strength highly reflective reflector at 5 M complete all as specified and as directed

S &F Road delineators ( ABS plastic body ) with two high performance 100 mm dia reflectors and two retangular reflectors of 70 mmx 23 mm fixed on both side of guide post as per manufacturer's instructions all as specified and as directed.
