Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS:8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface &cleaning with mechanical broom.With rapid setting bitumen emulsion On bituminous surface @ 0.25kg/sqm..including carriage of materials, within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates ofspecified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transportingthe hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped withelectronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling withsmooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desiredcompaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directionsof Engineer-in-Charge..

Construction of penetration macadam over prepared base by providing a layer of compacted crushed coarse aggregate using chips spreader with alternate applications of bituminous binder and key aggregates and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller to achieve the desired degree of compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 506, 50mm(Fifty milimetre ) thick bitumen V.G-30)(Viscosity grade thirty ).including carriage of materials, within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro- reflective) ofspecified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semiautomatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe,glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, drivenby experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour,T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. The rates includes octroi, ,Malkana toll tax ,goods and serivice tax ,building and other construction workers, welfare cess royality of any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.
