Supply installation, commissioning and testin of silent type, diesel engine driven factory assembled floor assembled floor mounted, generating set of capacity 100 KVA, 3 Phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz , 1500 RPM completed including AMF Panel suitable for 100 KVA DG Set as per CPCB IV norms, safety control and metering equipments installed with common base platform with floor mounted wall (Mounted/in built fuel tank) of suitable capacity and including all excavation PCC foundation anti vibration pads/dampers as directed by (OEM) manufacture Foundation Designand other accessories comprising of following :- (i) Fly wheel to suit flexible coupling. (ii) Flexible coupling with guards (iii) Air cleaner with filters (iv) lubricating oil filter, fuel filter, fuel pre filter (v) Anti-vibration pads as recommeded by manufacturer (vi) Fuel injecting system with injection pump, nozzles, electronic governor of suitable capacity (vii) Electric start equipment (viii) Alternator for charging battery -01 No alongwith cutout make-Lucas/ equivalent as approved by GE (ix) Lead acid storage battery 12 volts as recommended by manufacturer's Make EXIDE/AMRON/LUMINIOUS along with copper battery lead and connector (x) Battery rack made out of MS angle iron 40mmx40mmx5mm & 150 mm height (xi) Standard safety device

(D) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE: Acoustic enclousure weather proof of suitable size to accommodate DG set of 100 KVA , modular contruction , fabricated out of 3 mm thick , cold annealed CRC sheet duly epoxy painted. Doors to be provided with high quality EDPN gasket , duly epoxy painted. the canopy to be equipped with heavy duty fans of reputed manyfacturer for air circulation. Rock wool to be used for insulation. (E) Repair tools to be supplied as under:- (i) Ring spanner set of 10-01 set. (ii) Screw driver 6"x8" and 12"x14" -1No each (iii) adjustable spanner 12" -1 No (iv) Double end spanner set of 10-01No (v) Cutting pliers10" 1No (vi) Techo meter -1No (vii) Tool kit box-01No (G) Maint spares to be supplied as under:- (i) All type of filters -02 each (ii) V-belt -01 sert (iii) carbon brushes - 01 set Note: the enginer of DG set suitably be de-rated to suit the climatic condition of Haldwani area, so as to give desired outputs including 10% overload.

Supply , laying , connecting, testing and commissioning of 185Sqmm 3.5 core under ground LT cable XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 Volts laid in trenches, fixed to walls/ drawn through pipe and incl the disturbence surface of road making good with using PCC, fixing the cable with suitable size glands, crimping type lugs etc all as specified and directed. Note;-(Excavation, earthwork send cushioning and cable protection shall be measured and paid for separately.)

Supply , laying , connecting, testing and commissioning of 95 Sqmm 3.5 core under ground LT cable XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 Volts laid in trenches, fixed to walls/ drawn through pipe and incl the disturbence surface of road making good with using PCC, fixing the cable with suitable size glands, crimping type lugs etc all as specified and directed. Note;-(Excavation, earthwork send cushioning and cable protection shall be measured and paid for separately.)

All as per item no 3 hereinbefore but 10Sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide, depth exceeding 1.5 mtr and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Returning, filling incl spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dry clean sand filling in trenches below and around under ground cable cushioning complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Thickness of sand cushioning shall be measured after punning.

Supply and fix unreinforced PCC cable cover class LV type I of size 250x150x40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for GI tubing light grade 80 mm bore for cable protection laid in trenches/fixed to wall, poles including MS flat iron, clamps,nuts, bolts, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for GI tubing light grade 40 mm bore for cable protection laid in trenches/fixed to wall, poles including MS flat iron, clamps, nuts, bolts, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized sheet earth plate electrodes 600x600x6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2. 25mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of plat not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 25 x 4 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts , check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 and including excavation and earth work, GI pipe light grade 15 mm bore for protection of GI wire from earth electrode to and incl the earth test point of galvanized Iron/steel of size 75x75x 25mm, supplying and laying charcoal dust, common salt, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 chamber and MS angle iron frame 40x40x3mm and RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 6 mm dia TMT bars @ 75mm C/C both ways with MS handle 12mm dia, PGI funnel and wire mesh, 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering and connected to earth test point including brazing at all joints except at test point and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F rubber mat black for shock proof 2.5 mm thick 1 mtr width and 3 mtr length complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning and testing factory made and tested CPRI type test certified) LT feeder pillar box (KIOSK) out door type, floor mounted,compertmantalised and suitable for 415 Volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, all as specified and directed, The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, made of 3.15mm CRCA MS sheet and with base frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron , powder coated, having front and rear openeable hinged double door shutters with aprons for cable entry and locking arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.
