Routine maintenance of DG Sets from 15KVA to 35KVA rating of any make and moder consisting of normal repairs with periodical routine maintenance and testing of all the DG sets components / parts i.e. Engine, Alternator, AMF panel, AVR, primary & secondary filters, battery terminals, earthing, self starter, electrical cable lugs, indicators, ON/OFF switches, DG set running display board, FIP, radiators, hoses with clamps etc for tunning up & smooth functioning of DG sets including all consumables items like cotton, waste cloth, kerosene oil, 'O' rings, CTC for cleaning, grease etc. Maint will be carried out as and when ordered by Engineer-in-Chagre only and maintenance shedule also cover the followings scope :- (a) Changing engine oil, lubricating oil & top up radiator (b) Check clearance of suction and exhaust valves and adjust if required. (c) Changing of oil filter, fuel filters, screen filters assy. (d) Changing of water filter element. (e) Topping up of coolent. (f) Change of Hydraulic governer oil. (g) Tightening of all nut bolts. (h) Greasing of all points. (j) Checking of any leaking in fuel and oil lines. (k) Cleaning of fuel tank by taking out the dirt and sludge, cleaning the tank thoroughly. NOTE: (a) DHPP (N) required at the time of maintenance / testing will be issued by the under Sch "B" 'Free for filling' (b) Labour charges for repair/replacement of unserviceable DG set parts incl cleaning of fuel tank and minor spares such as cotton, waste cloth, kerosine oil, CTC for cleaning deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (c) Major spares such as filters, oils, coolent etc will be measured and paid separately under respcetive items.

Note : Strip/wire beyond 7.5 mtr in length shall be measured and paid seperately.

Dismantling and taking down old solar street light fittings of any type, wattage and make from Solar pole including dismentling all electrical / mechanical connections incl nuts, bolts, washers, solar battery, battery boxe, battery terminal etc for repairing from any height. Repairing by split opening the same in to the parts for fault finding, testing and fixing back at the same location complete after replacement of unserviceable spares as LED driver, Solar Photovoltaic module, including top up of distilled water to solar batteries, charging if required, cleaning of covers, solar panel etc complete all as shown and directed Note: (a) Cost of minor spares such as cotton waste, nuts, bolts, washers, passivated bolts, lugs, battery terminals, distilled water for top up & grease for battery terminals etc deemed to be considered in quoted rates.
